Terrible product
Terrible product. I’d already filed my company’s confirmation statement with Companies House and micro-accounts for free at Companies House, but these people wanted to charge me to file them (again). Having deleted those parts and filled in last tax year’s income statement, it would not allow me to file that with HMRC without charging for another service. I’m probably writing off those charges but would be happy to pay twice as much for a better service.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I am sorry you are unhappy with your experience with us. Having previously used the HMRC CATO system, I can understand your frustration of now having to pay to file your corporation tax.
Having checked your account, it seems you have a slight misunderstanding about the process. HMRC require a full set of accounts to accompany your CT600 tax return, these accounts need to include a profit and loss statement as well as a balance sheet. Unfortunately, you uploaded the accounts you submitted to Companies House, which do not have a profit and loss statement. This caused your filing to be rejected by HMRC. When you contacted our Support, they explained this to you and gave you an upgrade code to allow you to include full account in your submission.
You can file through our software to HMRC, Companies House or both together. You were only charged for the HMRC filing. You were not charged for the Confirmation Statement, a filing you created within your account.
If you are at all unsure of your filing requirements, then our UK based team are always happy to help and guide you through the process. If you still need assistance, please feel free to contact them and they help you to ensure your filing is successfully accepted or if you have filed elsewhere, please contact us and we will provide a full refund.

Excellent Service
I stumbled across this company on line and was sceptical that I could have a full set of accounts created together with all the statutory filings for under £400.
However, after being quoted £3500 by my accountant decided to go ahead.
I was assigned to Adam and all I can say is the service was absolutely fantastic- turned around in the same day and filed the next - so efficient together with superb communication.

Easy to sign up, easy to complete. Takes a bit of getting used to and also a little tricky to understand which filing type to opt for.

I have used this Company for 3 years to calculate Corporation Tax and complete the accounts in the special format requirements of HMRC.
I have been particularly impressed by the prompt replies to my emails when I have had problems or queries.
