User friendly, easy to upload pictures to the website. Arrived well packaged and the quality is excellent! Really good, even the small pictures are very detailed.
I would have given stars, but there was an error with one picture that I accidentally duplicated , i did get an email but wasn't enough to notify me in home for me to correct my picture, so it was delayed in delivery.

I feel the need to write this because I was sceptical ordering from Easy Collage due to the negative reviews I read here. But I decided to go ahead and place an order regardless, and I am pleased to say I got what I ordered in the expected time frame, and I am really happy with the result.

I noticed some reviews saying that when they ordered a collage that they received it with misalligned photos, but I get the impression they uploaded the photos and skipped the final adjustment/proof reading stage and just assumed every photo was aligned correctly and just ordered it. However, it states clearly that you need to align them yourself, and you are even presented with an easy editor to do this. Yes, it may be a little more time consuming, but it works. So anyone reading this who is intending to make a collage out of a name or anything else, just be aware you will need to check every photo and adjust it to ensure the alignment is correct. I am happy with the result of my order, and it arrived in good time ready for my daughters birthday, so I have no complaints.

i wish i read reviews before ordering. I was ordering for a friends retirement party , it was last minute but when i saw that they offer guaranteed next day delivery I went ahead. By the time the delivery slot passed and no delivery , I e-mailed asking them not to deliver as the product was now useless, i had to leave early next morning and needed to take it with me. They still delivered the next day and are now passing on the failure of their courier in to me , saying that i am not entitled to a refund as the product was delivered in the end. Save your money , dont use this company

Ce sont des voleurs, ne passez pas par cette société qui ne considère en rien ces clients. Commande passée en express jamais parvenue. 10 jours plus tard Fedex dit être passé et avoir livré notre colis avec signature de notre part alors que le colis n'est jamais arrivé !! et Easycollage rembourse uniquement si le colis est renvoyé!! des voleurs tout simplement !!

I had been put off ordering from this company based on the reviews I had read on this site. I reached out to the company to ask some questions and mentioned the negative reviews. The information provided back to me reassured me and I placed an order for a gift over £100, using about 72 pictures I had added. My order arrived today and I was slightly nervous to open it but I can honestly say, WOW, 100% happy, the framed picture exceeded my expectations and I am absolutely delighted with it. Would 100% recommend and I will definitely use again.

I ordered a collage for my wife's 50th Birthday.
I found the website really user friendly and placed the order for the collage and frame.
I emailed Dagmar who replied very quickly and confirmed the collage would be sent in the frame - happy days!
I then received delivery confirmation from FedEx and was able to track until delivery in the UK today - the collage was beautiful and everything I hoped it would be...my wife is going to love it!
After placing the order, I reviewed the Trustpilot rating which raised concern...I needn't had worried.
All in all a great website and customer service = would 100% use again and recommend to all

Do not buy from these jokers. Parcel was due in the birthday but got delayed with zero communication. Ruined the birthday. 😡

Take your money elsewhere.

I feel like for the money I spent I was expecting something a little better. I qas really excited for this to arrive. Opened it and felt disappointed.

Where do I start with these dullards .......firstly, they purport to be a UK based company, they are not.

Secondly, when their preferred delivery agents (FedEx in this case) send an illiterate and / or lazy moron to deliver my parcel, they dump it lord knows where with zero proof of delivery which in fact contains false information i.e. the name of the person receiving.... unless there happens to be another person with my exact name living in the same postcode area - unfuckinglikely.

Lastly, when submitting a 'missing parcel' report, all I received (and several days later) was a message written by a dullard claiming their FedEx info confirms the parcel was delivered - enter the merrygoround !!

Avoid and save your sanity...

PS - I donlt know if they read and respond to these reviews and franky I care less, whatever platitudes they may add underneath will be way too little too late and probably entirely meaningless.....seems to be a sign of the times.

On the plus side they kindly pointed out that there was a duplicate image in a collage that I was creating, however the quality of the poster frame is unbelievably poor. Its made of flimsy, low grade wood and definitely not worth £33 that I paid. I could get far better in a well-known Swedish home store for a fraction of the price. So disappointed ☹️

Really impressed with this company. Not only am I satisfied with the finished product and speed of turn around but also their customer service. They realised, the day before it was meant to arrive, that I had failed to change the default title. Once updated, I still received my order the next day.

Beautiful job on my huge collage 100 x 80 for my sister who passed away. Came in a few days and beautiful quality. Went for aluminium backing which can be hung up with no need of a frame.

They made a fantastic job of my 70cm by 70cm glass acrylic work. Straightforward and to the point with good shipping and immaculate quality.

I’ve used this company a few times and I’ve always been really impressed. It is a time commitment to get it right before you submit your order. You have to spend time and care using the online template to make sure it’s exactly how you want it, that the pictures are positioned right and then double and triple checking it all (especially if you are doing large collages like I normally do). I really like the acrylic glass option. I personally couldn’t fault the quality of what I’ve received and the responsiveness of customer services. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I received a photo collage of my grandchildren, I was very disappointed!
Many of the photos had the subjects part head cut off. After complaining and wanting to return the collage I was told it was as good as my own fault.
If I would like to try again they would give me a discount voucher.The one star was for replying to my email.

Despite not actually getting anything printed by this company because of time restraints ( we needed some photo collages of my mother who recently passed away) and delivery issues they were so incredibly helpful and it is so appreciated. They offered to send us the pdfs of the artwork so we could find somewhere more local and refund the balance of the order. Absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend them for their customer service - really quick responses to emails. Thanks

I paid £250 for a collage for my mums 60th birthday. The collage was shipped, only to be returned back to Easy Collage because they did not give the address properly to the shipping company. They have received the collage back but have yet to contact me to rectify this. I also cannot get in touch with them as they have ignored my multiple emails and messages. They also provide no phone number. My mum's birthday is this weekend and I have no present for her and am £250 out of pocket. Awful company, do not use them.

I ordered a collage in March and I was so impressed with the outcome. It was for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The staff were so helpful with achieving the best resolution and clarity for the photos (I’m not very techy) and helped me thoroughout the whole process. I ordered a 60x80 photo collage on Tuesday and it arrived today. It’s easy to add your photos to the templates online and you can also check if photos will be good or bad print quality. Didn’t see many UK reviews but thought I’d give them a try. Delivered quickly and the print quality of all the 20 photos in the collage were amazing. Would definitely recommend

I have recently used this site to self produce a collage for my fathers funeral. It couldn't of been simpler.
Just make sure all pictures are already scanned and saved aswell as worded memorials.
I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time so added a note on ordering.

It couldn't of arrived quicker, it took 2 days to get to us and i am so impressed and pleased with the quality, service and delivery. The email communication was fantastic.

Thank you Easy Collage for making a difficult time a lot easier.
