Absolutely fantastic
From start to finish our experience at the Stourbridge branch was excellent. Allan the salesman was so friendly and helpful (as were all the other members of staff) and were very patient with me when I changed my mind on tiles several times. Delivery was prompt and the quality of the bathroom is amazing. I now have the bathroom of my dreams

Toilet Seat…
Bought a new bathroom in 2019 required a matching toilet seat after it got damaged supplied from stock at less than original cost.

Great service
Great service from start to finish. Very helpful staff, sorted out what I was after. The price was right and ordered straight away. As promised they called me when it arrived, and I was able to collect when it suited me. No pressure, no issues, just great.

No pressure sale
No pressure sale, great price. Allan at the Stourbridge branch was really knowledgeable and a pleasant guy to do business with. Overall an excellent service and the delivery was great too. Would recommend this company for future purchases.

Excellent customer service
We had a brilliant experience with easy bathrooms. When ordering the things we needed we were able to discuss what we wanted and the guy in the shop offered us very valuable advice that saved us money. We were very grateful for the honest and efficient service we received.
