Easy Bathrooms - Rayleigh Omdömen 39

Whilst the showroom staff were very helpful and attentive, we were extremely disappointed with their appointed fitter. We have a number of issues which need to be addressed. However, Easy Bathroom after sales service has been non-existent. Is this another one of those companies that once they taken your money, they don’t give a dam.
What a pity, as we were expecting a lot better. No issues with the products or the sales staff but the after sales is shameful. BEWARE!!!

It started alright measured our bathroom ordered all what we wanted but we decided to get our own fitter which was fine so we just got all the order delivered when our tiler had finished we found out easy bathrooms had over ordered by 16 BOXES of tiles which is 6.5 meters of wall so we asked to take them back but they refused because it is there policy and don’t take back tiles even though they measured the room we complained to head office and they said it will take 30days to see if we had a case if they didn’t think we had a case they would not even reply to us which unsurprisingly has happened so now I am stuck with 16 boxes of tiles

Professional service and advice and excellent product, my shower cubicle looks stunning, wall boards are superb.

Horrible experience. Extremely poor communication and unprofessional service. I felt completely ignored and undervalued as a customer. They gave incorrect information, delayed my quote, and caused unnecessary stress. I would not go back.

I booked a bathroom design appointment with Kai on Monday 2nd March at 4pm and left work early to be on time. We spent 1.5 hours on the design, but at 5:20pm I was told the shop was closing and that the quote would be emailed the next day.

Kai said Monday was the last day of the discount, but I agreed to proceed, hoping there might be new offers from Tuesday. I did not receive the quote until Friday, even after calling on Wednesday. After receiving the quote, I emailed a question about the shower tray, but my email was never answered. When we visited the shop on Saturday to place the order, both Kai and the manager looked surprised to see us. We were informed that the tray in the quote is not the tiled one we discussed, and the tiled tray we wanted is double the price.

I was told the store was very busy, which I can understand, but it raises the question of how work is prioritised. I had spent time on the design and waited several days for the quote, yet I felt completely ignored, giving the impression that other customers were prioritised over my project.

The Rayleigh store is set out well you can find everything you need without having to go anywhere else.All the products are well made and of good quality.Also the staff are well trained and very polite and helpful.Would not hesitate to refer easy bathrooms to family and friends.

Great products but I over ordered tiles by accident and now have £300 worth they do not seem to take back. Great tiles but stick with Topps Tiles who I believe will take whole packs back.

The staff were very helpfull and had great knoledge the store was well set out and the bathroom suit we bought was very good quality and padded well

Order was worked out incorrect by salesman so not enough tiles. Had to wait additional 7 days for extra order that order was short so had to wait a further 7 days. Resulting in not being able to complete bathroom project prior to Christmas.

The guys in store were very helpful and made the whole process easy and painless. They even helped me load the products into my van.

Excellent display settings with wide range of styles and material (including tile studio at Rayleigh) which in the main are clearly labelled as to prices and options. Comprehensive catalogue although perhaps skewed for public rather than trade, but staff helpful and most are knowledgeable about products. Seem to be keen prices on support materials.

The showroom in Rayleigh was fabulous, the best bathroom showroom around our area, lots on display and set out really well. So good to actually see the items instead of a catalogue or online, to see what your actually buying is rare and this shop have got it so right! The staff member who helped us from start to finish was great and went above and beyond to help us out. He knows his stuff and the products he is selling, down to earth freindly service with no hard sell pitches, had our virtue bathroom done in no time. We ordered our whole bathroom from here including wall tiles.
Delivery was good, no hassle and a friendly helpful guy, everything arrived and packaged very well. Us and our plumber & bathroom fitter is very pleased with the quality of the products too. We love our new bathroom , prices are very reasonable for the quality & care we received.
