I had a really good experience on Easy Bathrooms, the staff was so friendly and so helpful to me.
Lincoln Easy bathrooms
Lincoln Easy bathrooms. I think i should start of saying this was an insurance job and the plumber they sent lived an hour and 30 mins away and was on a strict dead line.
What a brilliant service given by all the staff, we were deciding to choose between easy bathrooms and a big chain D.I.Y company, but easy bathrooms employee Ryan made everything so easy for us helping us choose all the extra bits that we hadn't thought of and got the price to very nearly the same as the D.I.Y. store.
every thing was delivered on the day they said it would be and everything was there.
The last day of the plumber ( remember not our plumber) and the plumber decided the toilet wasn't right, to cut a very long story short Josh and Tom went way and above what was needed to help us sort out the problem they were truly fantastic and made a very stressful day so much easier, from their lets see what we can do to help to getting stock out the back to assist the plumber. I truly couldn't be more grateful and when we come to do our en-suite this will be the only show room we go to. They wouldn't even let me buy them a coffee. Thank you guys so much.

Positive Recommendation
We were recommended to go and look at Easy Bathrooms by friends and bathroom fitters we had over for quotes. We were very impressed when we went into the showroom, feeling very overwhelmed on getting the finer details of our bathroom right, Ryan helped us every step of the way! The end result is fantastic! We had an issue with our sink unit and it was replaced as soon as we flagged the issue! So impressed. Thank you to Ryan for his care and attention.

I absolutely love my tiles I’ve got them laid in my kitchen and they go so nicely. The best thing about these tiles is that I could not find them anywhere else only easy bathrooms had them. I feel so lucky that I have a one of a kind.

How long have you got? We previously had a very poor experience with Wickes bathrooms. It was only the fact that the fitter allocated to do our job was quite good. Having moved from Northamptonshire to Lincolnshire, we approached the process of getting our "garage conversion "en-suite bathroom refurbished. The unit used as the local sales office is very slick, and the 2 guys who worked there were pleasant enough, but, when one of them came round to do an initial survey, it was blatantly obvious they had no idea about how houses/bungalows etc were built. As a retired Chartered Building inspector, this set the alarm bells ringing. We should have pulled out then, but sadly we didn't. Firstly, they got our deposit wrong, then close to the fitting date, they got our order wrong. They were meant to start the job circa end of Jan 2025,but this got put back until May 25. They were telling us it would get done in 2 weeks. I politely explained to the fitter that 3 weeks would be a better estimate! Worryingly, they wanted full payment at least 2 weeks before work started. We quickly realised why. Under normal contract conditions, I would have withheld 10% until outstanding issues were resolved. We should have cancelled at that point, before paying the balance. We reminded them about the date of our forthcoming holiday. Surprise surprise, after 2 weeks work, we went on holiday,so the fitter went away and started another job. Poor planning on Easy Bathroom's behalf? You bet ! Their biggest problem is a lack of fitters in the area. And that the Wakefield office are so inefficient when it comes to getting the correct items delivered to customer's premises. Our fitter had to source the bits he needed to finish our job, elsewhere, because Wakefield couldn't organise "a drink up at a brewery ".
Our bathroom is still not finished as the shower leaks and the hot and cold supplies are connected the wrong way around. Getting our fitter back is problematic due to the tight time-lines he has to work too.
Do yourself a favour; avoid Easy Bathrooms like the plague. If you ignore my professional comments, make sure pay your bill on your credit card, so you can do a S75 claim back when they screw up. I have begrudgingly given them "one star" as there is no option for "Zero star".

Worse than Disappointing
When we decided to go to Easy Bathrooms to carry out a total refit of our en-suite at the end of 2024 I had no idea I would only be writing a review in the middle of 2025. The sales team in our local branch were very convincing and the range of products being sold were impressive and at reasonable prices. A couple of designs were produced quite quickly and we soon settled on the preferred layout. Even getting a fitter round to provide a quote for the work didn't take that long so by Christmas last year I was feeling happy that everything was moving along nicely. We were just waiting for head office to confirm a start date. We paid our deposit and waited. We were then advised that they hadn't asked for enough for a deposit so paid the second deposit, and waited again. After a couple of weeks we started chasing, and chasing, and were eventually given an installation date of May. I know it was quite a wait but as we were told the install would only take 2 weeks (although my husband did query it at the time) we decided to proceed with the suggested date. At least it was fixed in the diary.
Just before install was due to start we were told that the mirror cabinet we wanted couldn't be obtained until 12 June, despite the huge lead time, so rather than delay, we agreed to change the mirror to one that could be obtained in time. We went into the store to select a new mirror and were then advised that we had to pay the outstanding balance before work could commence, something my husband was not happy about. Rather than start the entire process again we reluctantly agreed.
Our fitter was excellent. He called a couple of days before he was due to start and asked if he could come in early to get the existing bathroom cleared out to give himself the maximum time to put in the new one which was fine. He encountered a few issues along the way but nothing he couldn't deal with (such as supplying the wrong type of plug) until he got to the point where he realised that Easy Bathrooms hadn't supplied enough materials for him to finish the job. He put in a request for the additional items and he went and started another job as the delivery was going to take several days. A delivery duly arrived and the parts were stored until the fitter was able to get back to our job, when he discovered that Easy Bathrooms had still not delivered what he needed. He once again ordered the additional parts, but also sourced them from his own suppliers as a backup (at his own expense) to be sure that the work could be completed.
After a week of further inactivity, Easy Bathrooms had still not supplied the parts required, but luckily the fitter's own source had come through and he was able to come back and finish the work.
To us it appears there are a couple of major issues with the company. First, the sales people have no real experience of fitting a bathroom so the design process does not really help the fitters as the people doing the designs have no practical experience and do not understand the work involved in actually fitting a bathroom. While the designs look lovely, little thought is given to the practicality of the installation. Secondly, communication between the sales teams and the central office in Wakefield is non-existent. We had numerous calls and visits to the showroom to clarify misinformation being provided by head office. Finally, the practice of insisting on full payment prior to the work even starting makes the clients very uncomfortable. Had we not already waited for such a long time for the work to start, I may well have cancelled the order at the point where payment in advance was requested.
The entire process took 5 weeks (for what should have been a 2 week job) and we were only saved by the excellent work and attitude of our fitter (who was a freelancer). If there had been an option for 0 stars, I would have selected that.

Easy bathrooms is in a good location and has plenty of parking. I found the staff, in particular Josh to be very helpful and knowledgable when asked about the various products we required and he allowed us to walk around the showroom without constantly pestering us. They had a good selection of products on display and had comprehensive brochers that could be taken away.
There were some great offers on at the time and their delivery process was very managable and convenient. Both the quality and price of the products we purchased was very good. I will definitely be paying them another visit in the near future for our next home project. My overall impression of this business was excellent.
