The sales team at Edmonton were great. Ernest was very knowledgeable and Liam was very helpful when we decided to swap the heated towel rail after delivery for a bigger one.
Our plumber commented on how good the quality of the items were and the bathroom looks fantastic.
The only issue we had was that the sink unit was damaged and although they agreed to swap it we had to chase up about delivery… they had tried once to call but didn’t leave a message or email. It didn’t matter to us as we had plenty of time for when the plumber was coming but could have been an issue.
We would definitely purchase from them again if we need to.
