Live fish order to small town West Coast South Island
I was nervous ordering fish from their location to the west coast of the south island as I have always used an intermediary and then collected. I did send them an email to ring and discuss (which I had no reply and considered reducing their stairs for this) however the fish arrived the next morning well packaged with heat pad. temp was still 21 deg in water and fish was happy as a clam. I will be ordering a lot more through them to restock my new tank. Well done EMA

Hi Allan, thanks for your order and for taking the time to review us. Valid point regarding the comms delay, after releases we can get exceptionally busy, and this week we were under the pump to get orders out accurately and on time, which then caused issues with late responses to our emails. We will aim to do better going forward - otherwise feel free to call and speak to a team member if we don't respond in time. All the best and thanks again.
