We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your pickup experience. Our model is clear. We provide a guaranteed quote based on your inventory list. That is to say that when the inventory goes up, the price goes up; conversely, when the inventory goes down, the price goes down. Our charges are specific to what you are moving.
We understand that it’s very difficult to put together a 100% accurate inventory list for a quote. Had that been the case, you wouldn’t have incurred any additional charges on the pickup date. Initially, you provided us with a partial inventory list. On the pickup date, you added the following items to your move: 72 additional boxes, 2 large ladders, 1 Patio Umbrella and Garden tools. With that said, we have to charge you for what you are moving and cannot move anything for free. We did provide a generous discount for those items, but I guess it wasn’t enough. In the end, you had no damages and no missing items. We hope all the best for you on your next move and wouldn’t hesitate to assist you again. Thank you.
