your shipping was horrible! Usually it takes only 2 days to arrive at my door step here in California. This time it took almost a week. For the price you charge for shipping this is unacceptable.
Please in the future think about a more reliable shipping method or reduce your shipping costs.

Still have not received my product or…
Still have not received my product or any tracking information regarding when it will arrive. Called and left a message this morning with customer service and sent an email this afternoon with no response. This will definitely be my last time making a purchase through this company. There too many other companies out there that get stuff done efficiently.
