Pleasantly surprised
Was quite sceptical at first as suffered insomnia for a couple of years. Have tried so many products that help for a time only to find they stop working. I found they didn’t really help for the first couple of weeks but since then , they are definitely helping me to get to sleep. I am still waking up a couple of times but manage to get back to sleep. I am also only taking one capsule at the moment so pleased with my progress so far.

Two weeks in
Two weeks in, and these tablets have delivered zero results. I take them religiously at 10:00 PM, yet I am still awake at 2:00 AM every night struggling to go back to sleep. A complete waste of time and money so far. I will finish the pack, but I want my money back if nothing changes.

Two weeks is still very early for supplements - most customers see the real shift between weeks 3-6. A couple of things worth trying: make sure you’re taking your capsules consistently 60/90 minutes before bed and keep one by your bedside for that 2am waking - take it straight away and many customers drift back off quickly.

I use the Sleep supplement and found it great. It helps me fall asleep faster and definitely has improved my quality of sleep. I wasn't struggling with sleepless nights but I'm always looking to improve my sleep and this product definitely has brought it to another level by helping me feel more rested and energised when I wake in the morning. Also I don't wake as often during the night when consuming the Sleep supplement

I have been taking the Sleep Complex…
I have been taking the Sleep Complex and Magnesium Complex for about 10 days now. I’ve gone from sleeping 3-4 to sleeping 6-7 hours and waking up much more rested. When I do waken during the night I am able to get back to sleep again which I wasn’t able to do previously. I am also not as tired during the day.

Love this product
Love this product. I've been taking it for 6 weeks now and the longer im on them the better my sleep gets. Before Earth's secret I tried everything on sale. Patches , over the counter products ( night nurse, promethazine ,melatonin, then prescribed sleep tablets. Even they did not work for me, I went 3 nights consecutively no sleep at all quite often , it was so debilitating. Now I fall asleep faster even though I wake after 3 hours I then drop off again. A couple of nights ago I slept the entire night I was ecstatic so happy. I will continue taking them as long as they keep working. Thankyou for finding something that actually works naturally. Elaine

Sleep has definitely helped me get into a pattern of better sleep. I started taking about 6 weeks ago . Took about 4/5 nights to see an improvement . Sometimes I wake up rather drowsy but well rested so next night I drop to one capsule . Seems to do the trick !

Sleep Complex has changed my life!
I started taking Sleep Complex after a year of really struggling with my sleep. I didn’t notice a difference straight away, so I contacted customer service and was lucky enough to deal with Lauren. She encouraged me to give it another month and reassured me that if I still wasn’t happy, I could receive a full refund.
I’m so glad I took her advice because it has genuinely changed my sleep — and, in turn, my life! I no longer dread going to bed. I drift off much more easily and when I do wake during the night, I’m able to get back to sleep much more quickly.
I honestly can’t recommend Sleep Complex enough. I’ve since gone on to try the Magnesium and Ashwagandha as well, and I feel they’ve complemented my routine even further. I’ve also noticed that I feel less anxious, which I’m sure is partly down to finally getting better-quality sleep, but I also really enjoy the combination of ingredients in these supplements and how they make me feel. I feel calm, rested and ready to tackle each day.
I literally want to try everything from Earth’s Secret now!
A special mention for Lauren, who has been absolutely superb throughout my journey. She’s always so prompt, kind and helpful with her responses, and her advice and reassurance made such a difference when I was unsure whether to continue.

Lifetime insomniac
I take Earths Secret about an hour before bedtime. Any residual stress of the day disappears and a sense of calmness takes over. I have been taking it about 5 weeks and although not sleeping the night, the periods of wake last for less time and it’s easier to drift back to sleep. Between waking up, the periods of sleep are deeper and there is an overall good improvement

Improved sleep a lot but groggy in the morning.
Tried the sleep complex after years of poor sleep. I have no problem getting off to sleep but I wake in the night and can be awake for hours. From night 1 I noticed a difference and by night 3 I slept 8+ hours which is far more than usual. Only thing is I’m waking up a bit groggy which is unlike me. I’m going to persevere for now but I’m usually bouncing to get out of bed so this is a draw back. Perhaps 1 tablet might be better for me.

8+ hours from night 3 after years of poor sleep - that is absolutely extraordinary! 💚
On the grogginess - you’ve actually hit the nail on the head yourself! Dropping to 1 capsule is exactly what we’d suggest for someone who is sensitive to the ingredients. Many customers find their sweet spot is somewhere between 1 and 2 capsules and it’s completely fine to adjust.
Also try taking them 90 minutes before bed rather than closer to lights out - that extra time can really help the grogginess clear before you wake.
We think you’re going to absolutely love where this goes once you find your perfect dose! 💚

Placebo or not I’m falling asleep again
Before using the sleep aid I was struggling to fall asleep and now I’m out like a light. Who knows if it’s time, but since taking Earths Secret I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my sleep which is great. Would happily recommend.

So far so good….
I have been using this product for a couple of weeks now. I must say my I’m getting off to sleep faster, usually within half an hour whereas before taking this supplement it could take over an hour. I still wake up approximately 3 times during the night due to an overactive bladder but quickly go back to sleep again. Although this product is expensive I will continue taking it because I think my quality of sleep has improved overall and I wake refreshed the next day.

Best supplements on the market
I have tried so many supplements over the years but Earth's Secret has genuinely changed my sleep. I now fall asleep faster, stay asleep through the night and wake up feeling rested for the first time in years. The customer service is also outstanding - Lauren and Amy genuinely care about getting results for their customers and nothing is too much trouble.
