The appointment at home was very professional and punctual. A great deal of care was taken over the hearing test and checking of my ears before we discussed the options available. There was no pressure to conclude a sale and several options were presented to me for consideration. I chose the Oticon reveal 1 and was also offered a choice of colours. These were programmed for me and set up with the phone app. I felt very comfortable with the service and we tried Tv, music and speech to optimise the quality. Buying at home was a bit daunting but I have to say that it could not have been more relaxed and easy so I can thoroughly recommend the process.

Shojo was a true professional, I felt really relaxed on how he explained how to use the hearing aids. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the Opticon hearing aids and I would have no problem recommending him to person looking for hearing aids .

I was sceptical at first engaging with a none high street company. I did my research. and could not be happier. Shojo the very experienced audioligist visited me at home to conduct my hearing test and came with a variety of hearing aids including my own choice. The test was as expected but the setting up of my new hearing aids was detailed and took time to ensure clarity and balance. Shojo took his time and was very patient making small adjustments until we arrived at a perfect balance. He is coming back to visit me after two weeks to make final adjusts for further clarity and comfort. Even the founder called me prior to my home visit to explain the company's ethos to provide the best hearing solutions independently for a sensible price.

I can confidently highly recommend Earkart. The communication, care in helping me choose the right hearing aids and setting them up has been a very positive experience. I had been putting hearing aids off for a few years now based on cost and vanity. As an aside I chose Oticon Zeal, which are superb for clarity, bluetoothe app adjustability and virtually hidden. Finally the cost? A staggering £2,500 cheaper than two of the major high street hearing clinics I had visited previously.

Very pleased with the service provided. It started with a phone call where Nik the MD answered. Followed by an appointment where they visited me. The Audiologist Tejas couldn’t have been more helpful.

I am new to hearing aids and didn’t like the sound at first. Tejas spent time adjusting and refining the sound quality to suit what I personally felt comfortable with.

I know they are a new company, but they deserve to do well. Great service and great prices 🙂

I booked a home appointment online that was scheduled for three days later.
Shojo was my Audiologist, he was polite, patient and knew his stuff. I have been wearing hearing aid for 18 years now and I have to say he was the best Audiologist I’ve ever seen.

A follow up appointment was scheduled for two weeks after the initial one and a few adjustments were made to the programming & the ear pieces.

First impressions of this company have made its mark on me the way they operate, the fact they will come to your home and carry out a hearing test was a good point and the care and time taken has certainly impressed me, even though Adil the audiologist was delayed getting to my home in Wales due to an accident on the motorway (not unusual these days), he was in no rush to carry out the test and take me through everything and I look forward to having my my new hearing aids soon
