Great shop, great prices and excellent fitters!
The shop was busy both times I visited, and initially, it felt like the quote was a bit rushed — I imagine they get a lot of footfall from people just grabbing prices and never returning. Unfortunately, the measurements were taken down incorrectly, so when we returned, the price ended up being wrong for the amount of flooring we actually needed. That added £500 to the cost — not ideal — but even with that, it was still the cheapest quote from a company that had decent reviews. Our quote included removal and disposal of the old carpet and fitting of our beautiful volcanic ash herringbone laminate. They gave me reassurance that the fitter would be able to work around a fitted radiator cover and shoe cupboard.
To be fair, although it was a bit of a rocky start, everything after that was spot on. The aftersales service was solid, and the guy who came to fit the flooring was brilliant — he arrived early across 2 days, was really respectful, cracked on with the job, no fuss, and did a fantastic job. He worked around things we were unable to move completely out of the house and handled the awkward spaces perfectly.
I can be quite a fussy person and if there was something negative to find, I'd have found it. However, the finish is clean, the edges are perfect, and the whole place looks so good!! He even cleaned up after himself! Genuinely can’t fault the company and I’d happily use them again to carpet our stairs and bedrooms when the time comes.

Thank you for helping me find the right carpet for my home. Honestly, I had no idea what to buy or what would work best. I was thinking of getting the highest quality, but the team at Eagle Carpet helped me find the perfect option.
I live in a two-story house with three kids, one of them being a newborn preemie, and I mentioned to them that I didn’t want it to be cold upstairs. They suggested using a carpet and adding a thick underlay to help keep the carpet soft and warm. It really worked! I saved a lot of money by getting the right advice from the team, and they fitted the carpets within three working days. They did a fantastic job. Thank you again.
I highly recommend visiting them if you’re looking to upgrade your flooring.
