Customer service email address is unresponsive but they’re quick to respond to public reviews…

Been with Each Person for over 2 years. It was great! But now they are discontinuing the service and I have surplus money on my account which was there to be used throughout the summer.
I have been told I can only now have my money back in the form of a voucher for a retailer. I have £500 surplus in my account which is for fuel!
This is my money!
Now I can only get it back in vouchers for places that I wouldn't use my money. This is an absolute scam and I want my money back in GBP to spend on fuel, not a retailer.
This has impacted me massively in the current climate of fuel prices and I feel like I now have 5 full tanks of fuel completely wasted.

Have been using the Diesel card for over a year and managed to save a bit of money over this period of time. Would highly recommend getting each person Diesel card if filling in regular Diesel. Customer service was great everytime I had an interaction with them. The only thing I would say is the app could be more user friendly but other than that had no issues. Would be great if Each Person can introduce a card for petrol as well.

Edit: EachPerson team got back to me promptly and helped me get my voucher.
Original: I have used Each person for few years and have redeemed our work points to vouchers. On 08/08/2025, I bought £50 voucher with my points. Still waiting for the actual voucher.
I have emailed on their support@ email but No Reply.
Called
0118 230 5531 between (9am to 5pm) goes to voice mail straight. Used their contact us page filled all the boxes to contact.
