EZ CAR RENTAL TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T GIVE ME THE SERVICE. THEY TELL YOU ONE THING BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEN TOLD ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY. NEVER DO ONLINE CAR RENTALS.

I had my deposit lifted as well more than a month latter. This is a scam company beware

Deposit on my rental has not been returned after more than 35 days. You cannot get a reply from them via email or phone. I've had to challenge the payment via amex. Worst car rental experience I've had

Very lousy car rental company! Cars are dirty and not well maintained. We had rented the car for a week, but had returned the car after two days, because it was not safe to drive. They did not offer us another car, and stole our money, charged us the full week with crazy arguments. Never again EZ, better avoid! They ruined our vacation.

This compnay is a joke. The staff are very rude, The car was a smoke smelling rust bucket. They overcharged me and won't process a refund - AVOID AVOID AVOID

I wish I had read reviews as well! Will never rent from them again!
Waited 1 hour in a Disney type line to even get the car which was totally unacceptable. However, to make matters worse, the day we were leaving and were 4 hrs from the Denver airport - in the mountains, the car was frozen in park and the gear stick would not budge. My friend and I were in a panic, knowing nothing about cars, it was 6am and no one was around. After 30 mins and a nail file, we found through the owners manual directions to fix - the same thing happened again x2 when stopping for gas. I've written 2 emails to them and called asking for some resolution - that's been 15 days ago! Don't ever use this company - either EZ or Wise Cars.

We had to wait an hour in a line to pick up the vehicle in Denver. There were only 3 associates for about 100 people. We were lined up out the door. While the associate was friendly, he rushed me through the check out process, with me initialing and signing forms online with out reading them and trusting him. I requested basic insurance but was changed for Luxury and Supplemental liability ( add $206). I was not given the car I requested online, and told that the upgrade was complementary- it turned out not to be ( add $100). So the travel I thought would cost me $350 cost me $750. The associate told me EZ Rental Car was being sold to EuropeCar in the near future.

This compnay is a criminal ponzi setup compnay to defraud consumers . Day armed robbers to rub unsuspecting consumers,
especially the ones that are ocated at the airport facility, specifcally , Austin Texas airport.
I booked online to use there car in Austin Texas and the on amount was $280.00 and we agredd on the same amount when i took the car from Austin Texas Airport, but after using the car for a week,i was charged $430.00 with some criminal fess they applied as the following:

Concession Fees: $35.00 ( I guess for there lousy unfriendly nasty customer service ,nasty attitudes from the front desk and the care attendants)
State Tax: $39.00
Vehiclae License Fess:$25.00
City Tax:19.00
Tangible Tax: $11.00
CFC Fess:$67.00
These fess were not on the form i signed to lease the car and was not the online amount i agredd upon.
Please stay away from theses Ponzi Compnay , they are criminal and no good.
I will go ahead to file a class action lawsuit , complain to consumer advocay group to shut them down and keep them out of business..
STAY AWAY FROM EXRENTAL Car

My EZ car rental experience in Denver was deplorable. I got to the curb waiting for the shuttle at 12;10 four different full shuttle vans went by finally one picked me up @ 12;40 and was way over crowded. I got to the rental office and the line was out the door.at 2;10 I got to the rental guy and he said it would be a while before my type of car would be ready.I said seeing the line of people who were waiting outside for another hour that i'd take any car there was one full size SUV in the lot and that's what I got in addition to a hefty upgrade . throughout my rental the front right tire leaked so I had to keep refilling.DO NOT rent from EZ

Hubby and I rented a car in Salt Lake City for 5 days from EZRentACar. Online price was $279.13 but fees were added like additional driver fee, $68.45, Concession fee $47.42, state tax was $85.28. We asked for a return receipt but were denied. Got an email when we got home with a receipt for $606.87 and they had tacked on a $150 smoke cleaning fee even we had not smoked in the car and returned it clean.
