Everything has been fine until you have a problem.
Bought battery less then a month ago that troubles charging. They want me to send it back registered post (at my expense) so I am going to be left without a cigarette for however long it takes them?
I have spend hundreds if not thousands since I started shopping with them but i can tell you, I am not impressed at all. Will never buy a battery with them again.
Edit: as you can see by their attitude it says it all. Not ONCE did they say the postage would be refunded back and I have all the emails so I can put them here if you need clarity?
To lose a loyal customer over a 35 euro battery is scandalous. Have aoend THOUSANDS with you.
Will be sending registered post and waiting on my refund this week. Pity you've ost yourself a good customer with your bad attitude and replies

Let s say the full story.
We kindly asked you to ship it back to us and you were also told the shipping expenses will be refunded back to your account. So ship it back to us does not cost you even a penny.
All this process takes about 2 to 3 working days. 1 day to receive it, same day is replacement shipped to you and 1 to 2 days to get your new battery. In total 3 days.
We re in business 13 years, and replacement something faulty was never a problem.
There is no reasson to be as it is not us giving you replacement as all items are covered by warranty but producer.
I do not know why we you see more problems in it. All we did, was to kindly ask you to ship it back. As if we request the courier to pick it up from you it will take way longer.
Thank you for reading our response and we hope we can serve you next time again.
If we would refuse to replace item from you,yes ,than our service deserve 1 star, but we did not. It is normal to bring faulty item back to the store We believe.

Ordered 07/03/23, delivered by DPD the next day at 10:30, €3 delivery charge for the service was ridiculously reasonable...
I had a problem purchasing & was sent a link to facilitate me.
1st class service, excellent selection of products, expedited expediently.

Hi all orders placed before 2.30PM are shipped out same working day.
DPD at the moment could be anything between 24-72 hours because of lockdown and no click and collect service, they experienced higher volumes, so they are a bit slower than usual.
Great service.
I ordered yesterday and received everything this morning. Cheap delivery prices and fast. Got everything I ordered plus a gift. Great place!

Inconspicuous packaging?
Does anyone know if when the product is being delivery it’s in inconspicuous packaging. As in there’s no way to know what website you bought it off, the shop or the product.
