E Bikes24nl Omdömen

On February 4th, 2025, I paid them €5,994 via bank transfer to purchase a BMC FOURSTROKE LT LTD bicycle that was on offer. After a month and a half, I had still not received the bike and was forced to request a refund. They confirmed that I would receive my money back within a week. As of today, April 16th, 2025, I have received nothing. Furthermore, they are not responding to my emails or phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the police, reported the incident to the European Consumer Centre Greece, and contacted my bank to reverse the transfer. These people are scammers.

never delivered the e-bike despite I have made payment. since then no communication and cannot reach them. Clearly a SCAM. Don't shop there

Do not buy. They are completely scammers. Purchased a bike on January 2025 , comunication was ok, they said to me there are delays from their supplier had to wait 2 months to realize they will not sent the bike and were lying. I asked for a refund theh said to me they will refund but nothing yet. I make a claim through my visa card bank and report them to the police. Avoid them at any cost.

Ordered bike, they were good with communication atthe start. I then cancelled order and asked for a refund. They have sent fake debit details by Rabobank but money was never returned even on several requests. After it they stop answering and shout down the page

Ordered bike, was good with communication at start. I then cancelled order and asked for a refund. They have delayed and still am waiting for it.
I am very dissappointed by these scammers

The company is a well-established fraud gang!
The payment was more than suspicious.
There was first communication, in the name of a non-existent person, promising bribery.
No product, no money!!!!
Do not buy!!!!

I have ordered 2 bikes and now no money, no bikes. They communicate for a while at the beginning, give a discount and that's it.
They use ABN AMRO bank.
Be careful, don't buy!!!

SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They communicat with you for a little then they dissapper.

A real scamers, stay avoid of them. No bike, no money.

I ordered a Specialized bike. Delivery time expired, no bike came, no money back. Be careful with this site, complete scammers. We need to report them and stop this site.

I buy a Santa Cruz BULLIT.
No Bike, no refund nothing, simply criminals.

Stay away, scam webshop. Volta Online B.V. payd to Google for the sponsorship, so it seems reliable but it is not!

E-bikes24 I buy 2 bicycles and they never delivery do I cancel and now 3 weeks later I don't get my refund, I contact my Visa card for them take care...

Too good to be true. I paid them almost 3600 euros for the bike. I got nothing. I asked for a refund. They sent me a bank statement, but the money was gone. Fraud!

Site fraudulento, não vai ver a compra e/ou o reembolso.

Do not buy, scammers, took my money then I realised it's a scam, they promised a refund....still no refund one month later!
AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Attention, scammers. I ordered a bicycle. After a couple of hours I began to understand that they were scammers and I asked to cancel my order. They said that they would return the money within 7 days. The deadline has passed, there is no money, and they no longer respond to my letters.

It is a fake company, scammers. Stay away.
They do not have bikes, they just want you to send them payment, then they stop communicating.
They use more websites. Be careful.
