Ordered car seat covers with a prompt reminder from Rick to email interior images so they can get the best fit without delay. Within 10 days, when speaking with my sons, we had to reconsider the purchase due to cold climate, seat maintenance and our family lifestyle needs. Liana assisted with product information, worked with me to support our decision making processs and to cancel our order with a minor fee as they had to absorb lost materials for having started the custom order. They quickly worked with me to make the return happen and it was a very positive customer experience with the DZX Cover Team.

Lots of confusion with the order. Delay in delivery. Very difficult to install, instructions were unclear to say the least. I expected leather, but it appears to be mostly synthetic, with maybe a thin veneer of leather. But having said that once they settled into the car and warmed up, so they relaxed, it looks good, comfortable and seems like they will be reasonably tough.

The product was delivered with the quality that matched the description. The delivery time took weeks longer than expected.

Very satisfied with covers for my Bz4x, tight fit, but that’s necessary, gives the car that luxury look and feel!

It's not like on the pictures. It fits Ok but some stitchings are not well made , one can see ugly bulges.
Besides It is extremely difficult to install. It takes minimum 8 hours for an entire car. User ,anuals and videos are useless as not adapted to the car seats you bought.
Also, selling as leather nappa is a lie as it is made of plastic, which I admit imitates leather very well though.
I put 3 stars as it is rather cheap and the only solution I found on the market for my car.
I would have liked much better quality and better finishings on stitching. I could have paid a bit more for real premium quality.

The turn around time after purchase is very deceiving. It took several months to get the product. Having said that, once they arrived the seat covers did fit snuggly and well. Oddly, no instructions were provided which left us with figuring out on our own. I'm pretty crafty so I made out just fine. Lastly, the center console arm rest cover left some room for desire. It was the only item I was not impressed with.

Update: I contacted the manufacture through What's App and they are being very accommodating with making me happy with the center console cover. By the way, regarding their communication, they are very good about that. I should have mentioned they were always available to speak with throughout the whole order and manufacture process. Over all a great group to do business with.

Terrible experience, shipping took forever. I paid extra for real Leather and they sent Vinyl. They did give me a refund. But horrible experience.

Quality and fit was as advertised. Worth the wait. Would recommend your company to others. Thanks.

Perfect fit for my CHR. Quality seat covers look very smart

I ordered car seat covers with cowhide middle, meaning the part your body comes in contact with is cowhide. What I received was 100% synthetic material on the entire seat cover. Been told there are no returns.

The seat covers are beautiful and fit the seats extremely well. Pretty easy to install and great quality. The only downside was the amount of time it took to get them but well worth the wait. Would absolutely recommend.

Covers fit like a glove and all compliments.
This company makes a quality seat cover if I had not installed them I'd think they were stock. Give DZX time to ship ,took awhile to get to the front door.
