Worked here for a year or so. Awful experience to be quite honest. Directors were never there, and if they ever were, a good number of them turned up looking high as a kite and behaved in such a way.
No respect for staff members and the place was like a swing door, one in one out.
Staff worked to the bone for a below average wage, could not recommend anywhere ever working there.
Since the new Customer Engagement Hub have taken over our IT, we are super impressed with their proactive attitude to our IT. Would highly recommend!

Ever since all the original IT support staff have left the service has turned to poo. New guys have no clue what they're doing. The M&E side of the business has gone bust too. Judging by the way IT are treating customers, it won't be long before that goes too. If you're looking for an MSP, avoid these like the plague. Alot of the other reviews were written by staff (who incidentally no longer work there!).
From what I know, all 8 of the original IT support staff have now left. CTO is nowhere to be seen either. Probably left now too.
Edit to respond to Dynamic: I am not an ex employee. However whenever I ring to ask for staff I built a relationship with they are no longer with the business!
To anyone who doesn’t believe me, check the companies house listing for M&E, company number 11558868.
Some very dodgy dealings from the owner (JB).
I suspect they are just trying to limit damage. I would be surprised if they are still around at all by this time next year.

Great IT Support company. We have been a customer for over 3 years now and wouldn't move anywhere else. Excellent response times on tickets, extremely helpful staff and competitive pricing. We wouldn't trust any other company with our IT!
