Dynamic Heaters Omdömen 

Whilst this review is triggered by some excellent after-sales service recently provided by Dynamic Heaters, I want to reflect also on an adventure that started in May 2022 to install heaters, a sunamp, solar panels, batteries and inverters.

Not unsurprisingly, with the extent of work and availability of components, it took some time. Not everything worked properly on installation either.

The thing about Dynamic Heaters is that they diligently installed things, went out of their way to resolve issues in the face of slow response from the manufacturers, and truly convinced me they were absolutely dedicated to providing the best service.

Eventually when a minor issue was encountered on an inverter this September, they came within a few days and resolved it.

I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

A really great service from initial contact to installation and beyond. Initial contact made via their website and a speedy reply with an initial quote. Site visit was thorough and informative. Plenty of time given for me to agree to proceed. Kept informed throughout and installation was quick and tidy, again with plenty of explanation. Easy to contact with queries etc. I would highly recommend these guys

The team worked very hard for two days, dealing with some challenging situations. Always friendly and responsive.

A lovely company to deal with. The purchase of a partial storage radiator was straight forward so too the installation. We're looking forward to the winter!

Fitted solar panels, Professional from start to finish, very honest answered all my questions and I had a few. When on site all friendly all completed in one day a very happy crew which is nice to see. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Had a great experience from this company, from quote to completion. Quite a difficult site, but taken in their stride. Installation team of Max, Jack and Sean were polite, friendly and extremely professional. Highly recommended.

I had new electric heaters installed to replace elderly night storage. Communication was great throughout, price was competitive, and the installers came on time, were polite and friendly, and cleared up behind them. I've only put them one once since installation as it's summer, but when I did, it heated the room within an hour.

Iam very pleased with my Radiators we had two installed the two men did a good job also cleaned up after their selves. I have passed the brochure to one of my neighbours who is thinking of having radiators installed

Great company, the best price for Sunamp battery and really honest from start to finish. I really respect them and happy to recommend them to friends and family. The installation team was great and with attitude can do. Communication with the company was first class.

Replaced old storage heaters with electric radiators. Very nice to deal with and trusted here. I now have exact control to heat each room perfectly.

All members of staff involved in our experience were extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to explain all aspects of the process regarding the replacement of our electric heaters. They were also able to give us a large amount of information regarding the running costs of the heaters and how much energy they would use on a day to day basis (for the average household).

The quote we received for the five heaters we had installed was very competitive and we are extremely happy with the product we have received. The team also disposed of our old and dated heaters which was a massive help and just made things much easier in general.

Overall I would definitely recommend dynamic heaters to anyone looking at replacing their electric heating system. It is still early days but my energy usage has already lowered significantly since their heaters replaced our old storage heating system.

Just had my 12 panel Solar PV and battery system fitted. Starting with Neil and Oliver in the office and Max,Chris and Jack on site, everything went smoothly and got the job done in under 2 days.
All were very professional, highly recommend this company.

Dynamic Heaters immediately offered to sort out the issues. We should have gone to the company in the first place, instead of posting a review.

The two installation engineers arrived promptly at 8.30am. They removed their shoes immediately and introduced themselves with a smile! Little mess was made and the work was completed in 4 hours. Steve was very patient as he explained how the system worked and Chris worked very methodically. I would certainly recommend this company.

We moved to our flat a year ago and the radiators were installed soon after. We have waited before reviewing in order to include how we found them working during cold weather.
Preliminary visit by Liam, who was very pleasant and helpful in deciding which radiators to choose.
Max and Chris fitted them without fuss. They were also friendly and we were happy to have them working here.
The size we required for 2 of the rads was unavailable, so the company fitted smaller temporary replacements so we needn't go without heating. It was very considerate and we appreciated that.
They came back to replace the rads with correct size, as promised.
Steve ( in the office, so we didn't meet him) organised the fitting of temp rads and was very helpful when we changed our minds and wanted a blue radaitor instead of one of a white.
We are extremely satisfied with all our dealings with the firm. We chose them firstly because they offered vertical rads and different colours.
The rads heat up quite quickly and retain heat for longer. We like being able to control them individually and remotely, whether at home or away (via WiFi).
We only wish we'd been braver and chosen more coloured radiators!

Chris and Jermaine worked tirelessly from 8am to 4pm today to re-configurate my electric heaters - which was not a simple task given the electrics in my flat - they did not stop! Afterwards they tidied and hoovered as if they had never been. Great service, very respectful, highly recommended.
