I have not received any results. I called your office and was told the returns would be sent within a week. Is this a scam? if you send them again, I will ignore the issue. If not, I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

Takes waaaay too long to get your results and there is NO COMMUNICATION while you wait a month for them to get back to you. I still haven’t gotten my results (one month and counting) so I can’t comment on the quality of the report, but the lack of communication erodes confidence in any results presented. I’m summary: quality of product = unknown. Quality of experience = sucks balls

The results are too general and were incorrect
The results are too general, you’re not given specific countries but regions. I retested my dna with a different company and my results with Dynamic DNA Labs were incorrect.

The nutrition report is informative and helpful. I especially like that you find out what type of diet works best for you. I didn't like that even though they received the sample a week ago, it wasn't updated in my account. I had to call them to make sure it was received.

Cursory Results
I had already done a general DNA test through another company, but I purchased this one because I wanted to learn more about my cholesterol profile through the nutrition test (I suspect I am a carrier for hypercholesterolemia). The test results showed I likely have higher than normal risk of having high lipids, but did not get into the nuts and bolts of that finding which was disappointing.
