they want money for a returned package
i made an order on 19/6 2024 but i tried to cancel the order the very next day since i noticed it was the wrong chair i ordered.
at the time i contacted them they havent sent me any emails about it was packaged or anything but about 90m after the email i sent them about the order cancel they responded that it already was packaged and left their warehouse.
about 2 1/2 after the first reply i got an email from them that it was packaged and had left the warehouse with a track&trace.
according to the track&trace it hadent left the warehouse yet and i contacted those that should have picked it up and they also told me they hadent received it yet.
2 days after DxRacer claimed to have sent it the courier got it and i contacted the coruier again and told them to return it which they did.
according to DxRacer own policy they allow up to 30 days return policy and full amount.
since the package never have been in my hands at all it can therefor not be me that have opened it at all so if the package have had some damaged when DxRacer got it back isnt my fault and therefor i shouldnt be the one that should pay for any damage at all but yet DxRacer dont want to refund the full amount and are now trying to make me pay for something i never recieved.
i dont mind to pay for the fee for sending it which is 95,- DKK but DxRacer charged 2250,- DKK for the chair but only refunded 2001,- DKK and they want me to pay the difference which is against the law since i never had the package and therefor i didnt alter anything with it and was returned intact.

I recently ordered a new DXRacer chair to replace my old one, which was falling apart after a couple of years. When the new chair arrived, I noticed it was missing some stitches. However, after a quick and responsive interaction with customer support, we were able to resolve the issue smoothly. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of DXRacer's products and their excellent customer support.
DXRacer has really fallen in quality
DXRacer has really fallen in quality, chairs used to have few years of durability, now the leather is completely broken after only a year ! Support replied to me that it's normal a chair has "durability" and so if used every day it's normal to be broken
I had previous chairs from this brand that lasted 4 years so I'm perfectly aware of the normal duration of a chair, this chair was not used extensively or abnormally, yet it's broken after a year, support is not helping, the chair quality, and also the support, are not the same quality as before, i do not recommended anymore and we should avoid buying bad products
Good service, insufficient build quality
I have owned two chairs from DXRacer.
The first one ("Racing Series") started to develop various issues rather quickly (defective gas spring, defective armrest and finally the whole mechanic where the gas spring is attached to the chair broke).
DXracer support was good, they sent me spare parts each time.
But after about 2,5 years I decided to buy a new, "bigger" DXracer chair because I felt that I needed something more stable that doesn't have something that breaks every couple of months. Because I found the DXracer chair to be comfortable I went for an "Iron Series" that was advertised for it's extraordinary stability.
Now while the costly "Iron" chair indeed was more stable than the other model it unfortunately still doesn't provide the quality and stability that I wished for and expected at the higher price point.
The gas spring went bad quite a while ago but I didn't care that much because in it's lowest position it's almost perfect for me. Also the fabric teared open due to friction at some places. Again, I could live with that.
But yesterday the mechanism for the adjustment of the backrest broke down and the chair is now unusable because I can't fix the backrest in the desired (or any reasonable) position anymore. The cogwheel is completely abraded.
It's a pity that not even the company that claims to be the only one that makes gaming chairs in their own factory and advertises "constant testing beyond industrial standards" can produce chairs that don't break down after a couple of years.
Spare parts

The product was well packeg, using it for a bit now and seems well. It had some scuffed marks for some reason, it couldve been used before or maybe from compressing the gaslift into a shippable state.
Fast responses BUT..
Fast responses but they charge to much for spare parts. i´d rather buy a good preowned then replace a simple armrest.
Very helpful customer support
I had a 5 year old DXRacer King where the leather was beat-up, but everything else about the chair was fine. I reupholstered the seat myself, but I couldn't do the backrest since the stitching was more difficult, so I decided to check whether I could get a replacement backrest. Although they didn't have backrests on their store I contacted customer support, where Johan told me that they can sell replacement parts, but my chair is an older model which is no longer in production and the current King model has a wider backrest which might not fit.
I took my chances and ordered the new backrest, and luckily I didn't even have to drill new holes. Although a bit tight, the backrest did fit and the chair looks like new again.
I think it's great to see a company that provides replacement parts nowadays when consumerism is at an all-time high. And their customer support was very helpful too. If I couldn't order a replacement backrest I probably would've bought a chair from a different brand, but instead I'm giving them a 5 star review.

I don't know why they so much negative reviews. I ordered from there and the chair came in like a week. Well they did send me a wrong link for the tracking website but after a quick email asking they answered really fast and told me that it just had the wrong tracker.

No support what so ever.
Claims to be ergonomical correct but is not suited for human use.
Update 09/01-2022: Still no support.
Replacement part ordered through customer support
To counterbalance a lot of the negative reviews here, I wanted to share my recent experience.
I contacted DXRacer support about my chair's gaslift/cylinder being broken, and wanting a replacement. They do not offer them online on their store so I had to contact support where Johan helped me. After a little bit of delay on my part and a small mistake on his that I caught (he claimed it was a typo which was understandable) he made up the invoice and I paid through PayPal. The part was delivered within the given timeframe after it journeyed from Sweden through Denmark to me in the Netherlands. The repair was a bit of a b**** as it was jammed up in my chairbase, but it's working as new, for a fraction of the price of a new chair!
Bad costumer service = Johan
The Product Itself isn’t bad, but the costumer service they provide is the worst. They take 30 euros for return even though it says that the return is for free but only for warranty, which I don’t understand because it is still in warranty in the time that i wrote them. I ordered a pick and the logistic didn’t even contacted me. I reached out to Johan and he didn’t even responded to me.

J'ai acheté une chaise (confortable, mais sans plus, le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment pas top) il y a 2 ans chez eux, et juste 1 mois après la fin de la garanti, une pièce de la chaise a cassée.
Cela fait + de 6 mois que le service client (Qui répond rapidement cela dit) me dit qu'ils ne livrent pas en France pour le moment...

Happy with my DXRacer chair
I don't know about others but I am in Switzerland and got this chair from the DXRacer Europe distribuitor in Sweden.
The chair had a little glitch on the leather and the plastic covers did not fully fit.
I met very helpful people @ their customer support desk and in 5 days I had replacement parts.
I am now as a matter of fact writing to you from my DXRacer chair, the blue one that you find also quite often on youtube videos.
As a result of the the experience I had, I can say that, despite it being initially negative, it turned quite 180 degrees around.

Worst customer/warranty service in the world, avoid to buy any product from this company.
Waiting since may 5th to get a answer from them for my warranty problem, which caused by the dxracer company. My seat started peeling 1 year after I bought it, and contacted dxracer.net(where i bought it), filled multiple contact pages in that time, and you can guess, they ignored me aswell.. Might because that company got bankruptcy in my warranty time.
Getting 0 help from dxracer europe, not even a reply about Hey, no replacement.. Sad service.

I had a feeling the negative reviews were simply trolls, and I'm glad I went on my instincts. My racing series chair arrived within 4 days from Sweden to UK, comms were excellent (they answered any email questions I had within 24 hours), and these guys are 10/10. Ignore the negatives trolls.

5 weeks have gone by and not any info on the package has been given. They do not answer to the emails you send to customer service. Maybe I will get my items eventually, but buy your items from somewhere else.

Dont quite get the negative reviews.
Cant really mention the customer service problem everyone else seems to be having here. I bought the chair and came under the 5 day EU delivery so no issues from me there. Everything was standard and smooth sailing as always. Far as the chair goes, its solid and a heavy unit. Not at all difficult to assemble and feels real heavy duty tanky.
