Perfect, alles goed!

I wanted to see if it worked.

There were a few problems! DPD operates in Spain under the name Seur. Usually, things go quite smoothly with Seur, but not this time. I’d liked to have my parcel delivered to a Seur locker near the shops where I usually do my shopping. They probably made four attempts to place the box in the locker and eventually left the parcel further away from my home, at a parcel collection point. As the parcel had been on the move for over a week and a half, the white sandwiches had unfortunately passed their expiry date, so they now had extra white and green dots. There were also some issues with the products. I must admit, customer service sorted this out very well by refunding a number of products straight away. Nevertheless, I can’t give a full 5 stars, purely because there’s always room for improvement in the procedures

Worst customer service and bad delivery. Food could not be eaten.
Don’t order…this is more like fraud. 80€ gone.

Waarom worden producten met het slechtste pakjes bedrijf verstuurd? We betalen genoeg aan verzekering.

Everything is about 50% more expensive than regular supermarket prices.

Superblij met DutchShopper! Voor de verjaardag van mijn kind was het fantastisch om al die vertrouwde Nederlandse producten in huis te hebben. Alles werd snel, netjes en op tijd bezorgd.

Ik had wat vragen over het assortiment, heb verse haringen besteld en lekkere bolletjes. Alles is goed verpakt en keihard bevroren aangekomen. Bedankt voor het stukje Nederland in Spanje!

Frozen products not delivered even after 8 days om the road. I have tried to contack Dutchshopper 4 times in different ways but absolute none respons, do they even exist?

I received my box about 7 days after order shipped. I was able to track the order and noticed it was hung up in one stop along the way for 3 days. Consequently my frozen items were defrosted when I received them. Contacting customer service was easy and straightforward. And within a few days my refund of defrosted items and packing showed up on my credit card. All other products are perfect. I will definitely not hesitate to order products from Dutch shopper.

Ik had haringen en andere diepvriesproducten besteld. De bestelling werd pas na 8 dagen bezorgd. De haringen waren bedorven en de diepvriesproducten ontdooid.

Ik bestel producten en krijg later een mailtje dat ik de bestelling zou hebben geannuleerd. Dit terwijl ik niets had geannuleerd en huist uitkeek naar de producten

Nothing to complain about. Was worried and felt certain that my frozen goods would not arrive frozen but hey! It came on expected delivery date and was still very frozen upon delivery! Will definitely be shopping here again!

So I ordered for the first time we'll never again. My frozen products where nearly defrosted and I can't put it back in the freezer again,my bread was already dry, the rolls are good but a day over the date but I can overlook this. Of course the cupboard food is all good. I am so disappointed never again for me.
I must say when I emailed them to ask what the hold up was, ordered it on the 8 April and got delivered today the 2nd of May the customer service was really good and fast reply.

Het lukt me niet om iets te bestellen. Ik probeer al weken met ze in contact te komen via e-mail en telefoon. Er wordt niet gereageerd en de telefoon wordt niet opgenomen.

BE CAREFUL when you order for SPAIN

I ordered for € 433,00 and the order came in 2 boxes of 30kg. DPD uses Seur in Spain and they had passed my address wrong so 1 package went to the other side of the city to be picked up at a pick-up point. When I informed Dutchshopper about this they said that if I don't pick it up I lose the money.

Too bad because I wanted to place this order every 2 weeks

Sorry maar ik vind het erg lang duren voor de produkten geleverd worden. 1 tot 3 dagen binnen Europa klopt niet echt

Brede palette van typisch Nederlandse producten met kwaliteit. Goede professionale leverservice (ondanks heel slechte couriers) met professionele verpakkingen en zeer goed verpakte waren. Beste Klantenservice ooit, zeer begripvol voor ongebruikelijke situaties en zeer goede communicatie met mail, telefoon en/of online chat. Vriendelijke behandeling als je vragen of problemen hebt met je bestelling. Ik zal hier in het vervolg blijven inkopen.

The 1th time all was perfect
Now for the 2nd or 3rd time….theydont answer their mail dont reply in the chat.
I want to know what to do now …the frozen products are not in time ( the order will now be thawed after more than a week of trnsport )

Arrived in perfect conditions in Spain, the freezer products also perfectly frozen still! Will definitely shop here again!
