I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work Jake has done on my website. From the very beginning, he has been friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand what I wanted and turning my ideas into a website that I’m genuinely proud of.
Jake has been great at communicating throughout the whole process, listening to my feedback and making changes whenever needed. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and his attention to detail really shows in the finished result.

Professional and painless
Jake handled my request quickly and professionally, he understood my requirements and advised me on the routes I could take, once I had decided on which direction to go, Jake and his team implemented all the changes required without any fuss. Really happy with my business cards and flyers. I added a QR code for clients to book online and i was notified my Jake from dusk lab that it wasn’t an activated QR code. He directed me to one that was working which was super helpful. Really appreciate it!
