Disappointing given the feedback from other customers about this product and it’s just a nightmare for us now

The delivery and purchase process was excellent and whilst we had 8 tiles damaged on delivery they replaced them very quickly

The installation process was extremely simple following their instructions and the garage appearance was definitely improved by the laying of the tiles

Now the issue is our garage is south facing and gets the sun (when it’s out mind you) and this is the issue the tiles just don’t like any heat source and buckle up easily due the heat from the sun

Contacted Duramat, who did respond saying that yes the tiles will buckle up if they get the heat from the sun and recommend using a grab adhesive

So we lifted the tiles that we thought were the issue and used a very expensive grab adhesive and left it to cure for nearly two weeks (not that we had much sun) two weeks later opened the garage door to cut the grass and the tiles have buckled up due to the heat from the sun

On lifting the tiles the adhesive is not adhering to the tile even after roughing up the tile surface as recommended

I can’t recommend this product to anyone who’s got the same issue as I have, a south facing garage as the tiles just buckle up, due the the sun

It’s a pity because they definitely improved the image of the garage

As said just be aware of the fact the tiles buckle very easy even if you use a heater in the garage and if you get the sun it’s definitely a nightmare but you can just keep you door down

It would definitely help if this information was there to start but again I would not have purchased the tiles and possibly you would not as well

I needed to upgrade a well worn garage floor and after a little research decided to purchase Dura tread tiles, from Duramat....The best decision I have made....I particularly like to thank Mark who has provided excellent service from professional technical advice to keeping me updated regarding delivery.

I recently had a new garage constructed, but unfortunately, the contractor left the floor in extremely poor condition, it was unlevel and uneven in multiple areas. Ordered the Duratile for my garage and it has been a fantastic product which was super easy to fit. I had a question regarding fitting so called the office and the service was first class. Super knowledgeable and friendly team who went over and above to help out.

I recently purchased 50cm DuraTread interlocking PVC floor tiles from Duramat for my garage, and I couldn't be more impressed with their quality and performance. These tiles have truly transformed my space, making it both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Website linked to wrong product which I subsequently purchased for the tiles I ordered. Have tried to contact them to see if the correct item could be obtained but they don't bother to reply.
Delivery was quick although expensive, they also failed to pass on the delivery instructions to the carrier so it resulted in a failed delivery.
Product was as described and would be up to the job.
Overall decent product but not impressed by the sellers.

BUYER BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO USE THESE TILES WHERE THERE ARE DAMP/CONDENSATION CONDITIONS IN A GARAGE. I will remove this poor review if Duramat subsequently resolve the issue ot my satisfaction... if you are reading this it means I am still an extremely unhappy customer.

Good initial experience that turned sour. I purchased Duratiles for my garage and they were indeed easy to fit. They are labelled as anti-slip in both dry and wet conditions. However, after immediate installation in December, any slight bit of cold/condensation due to cold weather and my tiles are extremely slippy, in that I have fallen myself, as well as my 76 year-old father-in-law (very luckily avoiding serious injury). Duramat were initially helpful and sent me grease cleaner in case there was a problem with the tiles, but this made no difference. I'm now left with £1000 of tiles that aren't fit for purpose... and we are having to pay £600 in additional matting to cover the tiles so they are no more dangerous slip injuries. Duramat don't appear prepared to offer any discount to compensate, or provide any refund - unhelpfully they claim no other customer has ever had an issue with slipping (which is absolutely not relevant to me when my tiles are clearly slippy!) Despite sharing videos of how slippery the tiles are, they have not responded to my latest enquiry on how they can solve the issue. Their last correspondence showing their 'slip test' report, but this is done on a single test in lab conditions, and so appears meaningless. Either I've been sent faulty tiles (which they aren't acknowledging) or their slip-test is inaccurate and misleading. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO USE THESE TILES WHERE THERE ARE DAMP/CONDENSATION CONDITIONS IN A GARAGE.

Had excellent service from Duramat on and off for over 5 years now.
Finding a company with excellent Customer service is becoming harder and harder these days so I just wanted to say a huge thanks with this review.

I ordered some garage floor tiles and their estimate of size was pretty much perfect. I did mis-cut a couple so needed to an extra one which was delivered within a couple of days
The tiles are good quality and easy to install - you will need a jigsaw and soft mallet though

I was looking to cover my horrible concrete garage floor and did a lot of research trying to find the right product.
What helped my discission was that Duramat promote their flooring at trade shows around the country.
I decided to drive up their location in Essex thinking that way l can see the product before purchase.
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
I ordered a 60 pack of grey duratile and they easily fitted into my estate car.
The duratile l found to be excellent very strong and a quality product.
I found cutting and fitting the duratile easy as they interlock with each other.
I am glad l picked the grey duratile as my garage floor looks stunning.
A few people have said they liked the garage as it has transformed the garage.
These tiles are built to last and used in car show rooms.

Endless rain made a low-lying garden area very muddy and slippery. Duramat Grass Parking Mats provided the perfect solution, now we can safely walk across the garden to the house thanks to these great products! Excellent service for such a small order, the mats arrived before the Christmas break. Highly recommend!

I bought some garage floor tiling about two years ago (which was delivered on time), and I laid and it has given me good service. I recently removed a false wall and needed some additional tiles. The tiles were ordered and when delivered only half the order was in the box? It was 5:30 in the evening and I sent an email to Alex Victory to make him aware. By 10:30 the following day the remaining tiles were delivered. What fantastic customer service.

I’m really chuffed with my garage floor, no more muck, no more painting, no more criticism and no more embarrassment !

This floor really shows off my motorcycle collection and makes them really easy to move around.

The staff were brilliant, the tiles transform and I’m looking forward to getting some tiles printed with motorcycle badges which Duramat will do for me.

Seriously, seriously buy a sample if you wish to get a feel for these tiles but really there’s no need to, you won’t be disappointed.

They look and feel great, they were delivered on a pallet by a really nice chap who wasn’t in a rush, put them exactly where I needed them for easy access.

Now I like visiting my garage !

I purchase a single garage deal Mike at Duramat was helpful and said I could mix colours if I wanted so I did.
The mats were delivered 3 days later and I have fitted them today (Took half a day to position and cut edges to fit)
Very please so far

I purchased durmat flooring for my garage, It was so easy to order and the items arrived in three days. On opening the order I realised that the six ramps were missing that was part of the whole order. I rang durmat and explained to them and they sent the items out and I received them next day. The quality of the flooring is superb and the customer service is second to none.
other companies should take note on how to run a business, well done all at duramat and thank you.

Contacted this company after reading a positive review and was not disappointed. Their helpline efficiently directed me to which product suited me, how much I would need and how to save money to avoid over ordering. Took the trouble to understand my delivery needs and was delivered exactly to my instructions and exactly when the delivery company said it would. The product looked robust and what I had in mind.

Delivery was so quick and products are way better than expected. Very durable and you can feel they are the premium version! Already recommended to friends...
