I have to say I was unsure about purchasing my Samsung Note 9 on the internet, I took the risk as the price was excellent and the few reviews I read did help me make that decision.
I have to say the phone arrived quickly from the UAE. The swap from my old phone to the new one went so smoothly with the usb connector I couldn't believe it. I am really pleased with the phone. The screen size is great and the phone is easy to use. I would definitely recommend this site to purchase from and I will be looking here for future purchases.

Having never heard of this company I was worried to spend a lot of money with them buying a new Samsung. I have to say it was painless from start to finish. Good delivery information (although mine went to by spam folder so check). Received new phone in 5 days. Lovely phone, my daughter is very pleased. Will buy my next phone here too.

I was abit dubious at first as the phone came from Dubai, but I found the service brilliant. I tracked my parcel every step of the way, ordered monday night and received it by Thursday, if I'd ordered within the uk it probably wouldn't of come that quick. I'd highly recommend and if I ever need a new phone I'd definitely purchase from.here again.

I was hesitant to order from what appeared to be a international seller for delivery to the UK. But the Note 9 i ordered arrived in a couple of days and ive had no probelms. It had all the original seals that you would expect. Courier communication could be better as i was surprised when it arrived so fast, i was out when they tried to deliver initially.

The Samsung S8 galaxy was very competitively priced and the tracking of the delivery from Dubai was excellent.
Initially , I was surprised to find out that it was coming from UAE but when the excellently wrapped package and sealed phone arrived ,I was re-assured it was brand new !!
When I had a new sim card fitted it worked perfectly and any reservations were overcome.
Would gladly recommend Duo Direct if you want an excellent bargain for Samsung phones.

Like other reviewers, I was a little apprehensive purhasing a phone (Samsung S8) at a fairly low price from an unknown company. However, the phone arrived quickly and well packaged. The phone was from Dubai which I thought might cause problems but there have been no issues whatsoever. I wouldn't hesitate buying from this company again and based on my experience, can happily reccomend them.
