Product as ordered. It took just over a week to arrive, but that wasn't important to me.

I was a little late organising my anniversary gift for my wife. Just one email, asking them to process asap, which they did happily made my wife very happy and leaving me out of the dog house.

The dressing gowns I ordered from towels r us were absolutely amazing. They were a wedding gift and the bride and groom were extremely pleased with the outcome. The service I received was great and I even received a call to check the colour thread I wanted. Towels r us made sure they were delivered early than the estimated date so that I could give them the day of the wedding.

They are a little thin and touch smaller than I expected but I'm happy with colour.

The towels arrived in good time and were of brilliant quality. Definitely recommend this company - especially after the shocking service I received from one of their competitors....

I purchased some couch covers which arrived within the allotted time and were as described. I opted for the less expensive covers as I will not be using them that regularly and they are fine for me, however if you intend to use your covers and so wash them regularly you would probably better off paying a little more and getting a slightly better quality product.

I ordered a towel from towels are us as a gift and so was very disappointed when it arrived and its box was very damaged and beaten up- it looked second hand and was ripped and squashed. I emailed towels r us directly to complain but have still not received a response after 2 weeks. I am very unimpressed with their customer service because of this as well as their bad packaging meaning it wasn't protected. I had to take the product out of the box and wrap it up but I will have to explain when she opens it what it is etc as the box would have done this which will ruin the giving of the present for me as it also looks very weird that it has no box. Unimpressed isn't the word especially as the postage was quite overpriced anyway - maybe they should spend some of that money on packing them better.

I purchased beautiful Egyptian Towels in the sale, they were delivered quickly and I love them. I believe they are a trusted company.

I ordered 4 personalised bathrobes as gifts for family members, giving towelsrus only 3 days to come up with the goods! As usual, they did not let me down with their reliable delivery. What's more, the recipients of the gifts having been raving about their dressing gowns, saying that they're the best engagement presents they received.

Only 1 little snag, which I was reassured over the phone was going to be rectified. The website doesn't have the facility to let you know if something is out of stock, so you may be searching for an item which the website says it sells; then when it comes to ordering it, it's not on screen. Also, when looking at items, it seems to register your interest each time as an item for your basket. So, by the time you get to checkout, you may find multiple items on your list which you initially looked at, but didn't intend to order. However, the company knows that this is a problem and are hopefully going to put this right. I certainly hope so!

I am delighted with the dressing gown you have sent us - the cotton is really good quality, colour is great, and my 5 year old is thrilled he has got his name on it too.

The ordering process was easy and straighforward. The towels arrived promptly and are of excellent value. I will certainluy use the firm again in the fuiture.

Slippers are high quality and good value for money, delivery was speedy. No complaints.

I ordered 2 hand towels but found the website slightly misleading in that I mistakenly ordered 3. I rang the company the next morning to apologise and asked if they could help. The man that answered didn't seem that bothered however he did state they would alter the order and refund the price of one towel to my account. He later sent a seperate email to say this had been done. I am still waiting for the refund weeks later and have sent 4 emails to complain. I have offered to send in my bank statements as proof. They have never replied to any of my emails and I have never received my refund.

they were better quality than i could of wish for plus they wash well and fluff up nicely. recomend them to anyone

They couldn`t supply the colour I ordered so they phoned to ask what I wanted to do. Delivery was soon after with a second colour choice.
