Their website makes it seem like you are booking directly through Dublin Airport when searching for airport parking, but this is not the case. I cancelled my booking within hours of making it but no refund has been issued, and customer service is a joke. Completely unprofessional.

Horrendous staff, procedures and transparency. I used them in September and would not have used them in November only that I had prepaid. I am an InteleTravel agent and I have advised my colleagues not to use this company. The list of problems is too long but when you park long term, they drive you into the area and you have to keep clicking your remote to see where your car is. God help you if you have an older car. You couldn't make it up! All their reviews have to be made up or else they paid for them as the comments they made do not align with either of my experiences with this awful company!

Told the bus would be 15 minutes. Waited 50 minutes in the freezing cold. Called 3 times to check when the bus was arrived and was told 3 different times.

Dreadful experience, staff extremely rude. Website extremely misleading , transport very run down. Very far from the airport. People on our bus where In a rush to get to airport, but we all had to sit and wait for other people to drive to their vehicles to the far car parks, and then return on another bus before the airport bus could leave. Trips to the airport are stressful enough with out this added chaos. Safe to say we will never use this service again.

AVOID this car park! It is situated at least 15 minutes from the Airport. They are in no hurry to get you there. The staff are extremely rude, with one man telling me I can’t follow instructions and to mind my attitude when I asked him not to speak to me like a child! Every other customer I spoke to on the bus, both to and from the Airport, had a bad experience and were livid. The website is designed in a way that makes you think you’re booking into the Dublin Airport car park, when this is a completely different business. It’s a run down business, which needs a massive revamp including the vehicles they transfer their customers in. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

For anyone unaware - this car park comes up in Google when searching for the real car park provided by the airport. They are NOT the same - be aware and expect bad customer service if you need help with anything.

Staff was nice and friendly. We got our shuttle bus to and from the airport. When we got back it was raining heavily and one off the men held the umbrella for us not to get wet and helped my family with the luggage when I got my car. Would use again.

Very quick to respond and get your car to you, the meet and greet service is amazing 👏

Avoid !! Avoid !! Avoid !!! Disgraceful service. We paid for 3 cars to be parked here and we arrived back to them in am awful state and one car had marks (scrapes) on the car and when asked for help the staff didn't want to hear it... no cameras working. .. I made an error when booking times and when i contacted them they said the would ammend it to come ahead... only to arrive back to no transport ... 13 of us left with no ways to our cars at the airport. I rang to see what the issue was and the wanted 20e per person as a fee for the issue the assured me was sorted on the phone ... baring in mind it was a difference of being 2 hours earlier than expected ....when we finally got back to the cars to see the were in an awful state I was told we were not allowed them till we paid ... when I tried to explain to him that I had sorted this issue over the phone prior to our arrival he replied with " listen your not understanding me because your a women" he was the rudest person I'd ever met. He was not irish and had no respect for us as customers. In the end it cost us an absolute fortune to get our filthy cars back.....please Avoid !!!!

Never ever park here. Terrible place with terrible people. Full of liars. Both ways, i had to wait over an hour to get the shuttle. The driver took his own time to start the shuttle from the site to the airport. Almost everyone was in panic if they can reach in time. They lied shuttle is on the way and will be there in 10 minutes but took over an hour. Top of that, if you call them for updates they just hang up on you. Particularly that bald headed guy. Terrible people.

The place looks shady. The students who do part time as a customer support are rude. Avoid at all cost.

Staff rude. Over an hour waiting to get to airport from car park, same on returning.

Do not use. It’s a field with no infrastructure. It took 1 hour from my time of arrival at park to fly to subsequently arrive at the airport.

My father parked his car there for a week arrived home at 1 in the morning to see the back window of the car put through . The staff members were not helpful at all , we asked for the manger to look at the camera footage we're the staff member drove of and left us standing their with no help. We are still waiting to hear back from the manger regarding the incident.

Where do I even begin? I didn’t personally book this service, but I was with a friend who did—and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

First off, the place was almost impossible to find. When we eventually located it, the entrance was full of potholes, which didn’t inspire much confidence. My friend was bizarrely told to wait in the car for a bus to arrive and direct him to the parking area—even though all the cars were clearly already parked inside the gate.

After some time, a bus finally arrived, flying into the courtyard like something out of Wacky Races. Our friend tried to get parked, but the bus driver—who was bald and incredibly rude—was already herding other passengers on board. When we explained that we weren’t getting on without our friend, the driver became aggressive, slammed the boot closed, and stormed back onto the bus without a word.

By this stage, we were already regretting ever coming near the place.

Once on the minibus, things got worse. The seats were in terrible condition—one was literally held together with chewing gum. It felt like we were stepping into something barely roadworthy.

The return journey wasn’t any better. Although the bus was actually there (thankfully), it’s parked so far from the airport that even with the reckless driving—honestly, it felt like an accident waiting to happen—it took about 15 minutes to reach the lot.

Back at the car park, chaos continued. A man who appeared to be in charge (possibly the manager) was shouting instructions at passengers in the pouring rain, directing people on how to collect their cars. It was complete disarray.

If you're looking for a stress-free start or end to your trip, do not use this service. The entire operation is poorly run, customer service is nonexistent, and the experience felt more like surviving a bad dream than preparing for a holiday.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star ,20 minutes from the airport,buses were absolutely manky,when we came back from our holiday we were told the bus was there and it wasn’t,rang again and said it would be 20 minutes so we just got a taxi to collect the car which cost €30

Don't consider booking this. It's a joke. Dreadful. Parking in wasteland nothing legitimate about it.

Would not recommend this parking service to my worst enemy. The customer service is a joke initially arrive at 22:53 rang holiday extra on the number provided advised it would be 12 minutes to be collected. Rang again at 23:25 advised at this time it would be 7 minutes, the call handler was most helpful. Again rang at 23:38 advised it would be 2 minutes and they were able to track the vehicle, stating it was coming from the right! When challenged on this statement as it was physically impossible as it was a 1 way street. He just kept repeating 2 minutes, 2 minutes. Finally the bus arrived at 23:42….. so 50 minutes waiting time. So much for every 30 minutes pick up. Would highly advise to book with another car park. This one is pathetic!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do not book this car park..We arrived to the car park at 3.50 am we needed to be in the airport by 4.45 so we thought we had loads of time. A run down old transit ( 16 seater) that looks like it’s on its last legs was just about to leave, we were told it was full but it would be back in 35 minutes to pick us up.(I have a screenshot of a web chat exchange where they stated that the shuttle bus runs every 15minutes 24/7) I actually heard the woman who was directing cars to their spaces say to him ‘ come straight back’ that was the first red flag. More cars were arriving so I stood where the bus had stopped previously to make sure we got a space on the bus. It was freezing so left the kids sitting in the car. The queue got bigger and everyone was getting agitated at this point. 50 minutes later the bus arrived back, it stopped at the entrance gates and the driver got out. I asked the woman what is he doing we need to go and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. At this point I should mention that there are two old double decker buses parked at the entrance gates, while I was standing waiting for the bus I could see lights flickering inside the buses and people getting in and out of them. I soon realised the flickering I could of see was from a lighter. The driver stepped on to one of the old buses for a minute then got back into his bus and drove down to collect us. Everyone rushed forward, I don’t blame them people were late for their flights. Once on the bus there was no room for everyone’s luggage it was piled up around us. The driver took his time starting the engine people were telling him to hurry up that they were late, his reply was ‘ not my problem get a taxi’ and that was when the smell hit me. The driver absolutely reeked of Cannabis. I spent my whole holiday worried about my car because there is no security. We didn’t even bother attempting to get the shuttle back to the car park when we arrived back from our holiday. I wasn’t taking the chance of putting my children on a bus with a driver who is stoned out of their head. We just got a taxi back to collect our car. We walked in got our car and drove out and there was nobody at the gate. Anyone could walk in and out, there is no security.
