scammers, do not use
Horrible experience - Do not use
1. Price is 10x from the one of official sites /airlines visa transit options. They also tried to charge extra asking to pay for an extra insurance which is not mandatory, or which you can have yours.
2. Customer service - horrible. wouldn't reply professionally or either give timeline, even if the visa was already approved. We asked them thousand times for updates and they would always evade answering. We even had to reach out local authorities to help us, or they would never sent the documentation.
It is a scam? No, they are a legit business, but not very fair and ethical to be honest. Not recommended
