I ordered On cloud shoes while I was in Dubai, delivery was super fast, I received them the next day. The shoes were perfect, and the courier was very halpful and patient,even waiting for me to try them on before leaving. The whole process was smooth and easy.
Later, I placed another order after returning to Qatar, and once again everything went perfectly. I received my order within 4 days, in prefect condition. Highly recommended!

BEWARE FAKE PRODUCTS, i ordered 5 Golden Goose, paid around $1500 and they delivered them when i wasn't home, they ended up all fakes, tried calling no one answers on any number or email, i will file a lawsuit and report them to the Dubai police, even their address and the delivery service they use are not there!

I ordered on cloud shoes from this site but they delivered wrong sizes and return also not taking . No contact number also . When we call number showing in website no one attend and mail also no response. Worst experience to me

Dubaiallstar is super easy to navigate and their selection is legit. I was looking for a specific pair of Nikes that were sold out everywhere else, and they had my size in stock.
Shipping was surprisingly quick. I ordered on a thursday, and the package arrived by friday morning. The sneakers were in perfect condition, no scuffs or anything, and the box was also in good shape.
What really impressed me was their customer service. I had a quick question about sizing before I ordered, and I used their whatsapp widget. The person who responded was really helful and sorted me out in minutes. It's nice to see that kind of support.

I just bought an hermes sandal and they are fake!! They told me they were pre lobed but nono. Wrote to them but they don’t teply anymore

They are all scammers including delivery guy. FAKE SHOES … don’t buy from them

Fake On tennis shoes. Real ons don’t stink of glue. Everything about these shoes was fake. The “leather” the printing the sole and the box is even fake. Courier was polite when I refused to buy them.

I bought ON waterproof shoe from Duabiallstar, and it appears to be a fake as it has glue marks around it (they said 100% authentic) and no extra lace, which they claimed it had.

Scam!!!
I ordered ON shoes. The website says that it's necessary to try in front of courier and then make a payment. But the courier arrived in my absence, he asked me to allow to leave the shoes in front of my door. I asked, what if the size is wrong, he assured, I ll be able to return it any time and get a refund. The same was confirmed by the shop agent in WhatsApp.
Ok, I gave him a favour and agreed, and it was my mistake.
Size was not good (I tried the same shoes in the ON offline shop, it was perfect), they didn't have half size bigger for exchange (ON has half sizes, but this shop doesn't have), the shoes were looking strange, they differ from original by some points, and they were made in china . In this connection I guess this is not original shoes.
Ok, I wanted to return, as promised by courier and by the shop.
They told me that the return is not allowed, then they told me that I have to send them photos of shoes (I sent), they were ignoring me for 2 weeks, then they told me that the refundable amount will be deducted for 80 aed (some delivery commission, but on the website that say only about 25 aed deduction, now it's 80), they told me that this is my fault to order wrong size, and finally they wanted to collect the shoes and give me pdf as confirmation of refund. So much lie from this shop, so much cheating and ignorance, and now they wanted to give me paper instead 500 aed haha.

Dear people, JUST NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. They are lying, cheating and they don't respect us as customers.
