It was chaotic trying to get the DTV, we started 3 weeks in advance to my Bali departure to Thailand. the DTV application was submitted 2 weeks prior and... through apparently a lot of inquiries (both mine about the status and her calls to check) the DTV was approved on the eve of the day before my flight. While the outcome was positive, I do recommend continual checking up with DTVThaiVisa as apparently I needed a better image and pictures of all passport pages (even the blank ones) and it was like that for a few days, but they didn't notify her or we needed to continually "Poke" them. So - they did the job, but be forewarned, you need to be diligent about inquiring about the status - well in advance! This is coming from someone from the USA, one might think it's a done deal due to USA-Thai ties - but apparently it is not and took literally every single of the 10 business days to process - and would have been much longer I think had inquiries not been made and my flight ticket needed to be shown to expedite the process.

I get today my visa, after long wait, 2weeks in hanoi, the thai embassy working days is not 5 week, is 4.
So anyway, is done, smooth enyry, first, thr company service is just amazing.

I had a hard case, but eventually company handle it and I have got the visa! 5 out of 5 stars

I've had a great experience with this agency. Thatchaya was attentive, patient, explaining everything clearly, and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I really felt that I'm being looked after. Visa approval was 5 business days. It's been absolutely flawless service and I can't frankly imagine it being better :) 100% recommended.

Quick, helpful, knowledgeable ans responsive

My experience with DTVThaiVisa was a complete disaster.

Prior to engaging them, I was about to book another agency for $1,400. Obviously disappointed by my decision, DTVThaiVisa tried win my business and reduced their quote from initially $1,640 down to $1,300. Promised me heaven on earth (express service, submission within 1 day, translation services, 100% money-back-guarantee etc.). I gave it a try, paid the fees on a Monday by lunch time.

In the end nothing happened the way it was advertised. The visa application was not submitted on Tuesday as promised, it was submitted on Friday.

On Thursday i was told, submission would happen on Friday around noon. Mmh, didn't happen, surprise surprise. Instead I was inquired a bunch of information on said Friday by 3pm. Information that could have been provided way earlier if they'd just asked me earlier.

When the submission was finally done by 5pm, they promised to provide an update by Monday. Only to realise after that weekend that Monday was a public holiday. So their update was: "Today is official day-off in TH, the consulate is not working."

Few days later, they sent me a screenshot about the visa application status of someone else. The screenshot showed personal data but at this point I didn't care anymore. Of course they were very quick to delete the screenshot with an apology "Sorry, wrong chat 🙏"

And after my visa got finally approved, they still had the audacity to ask me whether I want to engage them for my wife's visa. Hilarious.

My experience could have been an outlier. But that's all I have to share and based on my experience, this agency should be happy that I'm not sending my lawyer to ask for a refund. I had totally out-of-budget costs for rescheduling flights and accommodation nights that were absolutely unnecessary - had they just done their job as advertised.

Absolutely useless people. They don't check your papers when you file, they just take your money and don't help you in any way. Avoid them.
I applied through them to dtv Thailand in Turkey, and all they did was without checking my papers uploaded them to the site. And they charge $450 for that. They're just regular scammers.
There was 3 reasons of rejection, and the hotel cancellation was the least. The other two reason was the agencies fault they didn't check the documents and didn't explain it to the ambasy.
