We've been using dstribute for quite some time now. Here's what we've achieved using their software.

More than 10k applicants generated in a single quarter. Helped facilitate more than 200 onboardings. Bruce and his team are phenomenal. They will give you a solution to every problem. And genuinely treat you amazingly. Customer service is top notch. As Bruce can facilitate even a custom solution for the right reason.

I would say if you are like us and just have a hard time getting applicants through LinkedIn or etc. It will be amazing to go with Dstribute as the CPA is unbeaten. And the quality is the same.

1 Pet peeve we have.
We have very big schedules so we have to email Bruce to import them from their end and no way we can do it ourselves without spending a ton of time. (We schedule out 100s of job posts bi-weekly).

Other than that the platform is amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to scale application submitted volume.
