Great but can be tiring!
The booklet they provided was amazing. The staff member was professional and clearly well-experienced as well as friendly. However, the course content itself was repetitive and the session was extremely long - although we did get breaks. It was difficult to keep engaged and interested. But I suppose that can't be helped when it comes to Health and Safety. Overall it was good!
