I received excellent service from Dylan at DSS. When upgrading my old system explained what was needed and cost, may take few days to find parts, kept me updated and delivered on time.
Called him out due to fault on battery and he was then when say, which means a lot to me cause of work commitments.
In my home he was reliable with regular communication, extremely polite, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and a bonus in this day and age clean, tidying up after he'd finished.
He has been continued to be prompt and reliable with my bi annual servicing of the alarm and I absolutely couldn't recommend him any more highly.

Excellent service
I couldn't have asked for anything more from this company. They came out promptly, solved the problem straight away, explaining everything to me. Really friendly and knowledgeable. I'll recommend them and also use them next time.
