I ordered a few things on February 6th, and after a month they got “lost in transit”. I had to fight them to reship it since they kept claiming it would be at my apartment “any day” yet the shipping hadn’t updated in weeks and was clearly lost. They reshipped it, and the second one gets intercepted after another month of transit because they used counterfeit postage. Had to pay their backlog on the parcel to pick it up from a local post office, and finally got it. Terrible customer service, terrible business practice, but the products themselves weren’t that bad. If you can stay away from this company I’d highly advise so, even a 1 star review isn’t fitting for them.

Two stars , product would be 4 stars. But I ordered in November Order was missed never posted , fair enough mistakes happen … it then arrived in January and without the key ring or air fresheners I was expecting more freebies as my order was messed up in the first place. Took ages to reply as well.

Really good quality paddles, got it for my RS3 and it fits perfectly. Easy to install and looks amazing.

Bought some paddles for my MK6, fit perfectly and the carbon fibre look really set the car off. Exactly the aesthetic I was going for. Also good communication from them.

Got it for my Audi and fitment was good and product feels quality.

Basically aliexpress parts for an upcharge. Ordered emblem covers and its just clear plastic with a sticker on it. Should of know this was a scam site when you cant post reviews on their

When I searched for Nissan Z 2024 carbon fiber paddle shifters, their product page was the first one that popped up and it said Nissan and Infiniti. When I purchased and found out it didn’t fit, they wouldn’t provide a return label and it cost $100 to ship back because they’re in Australia. It is not clear on their product page about what car it fits and doesn’t fit.

Ordered dsg paddle extensions for my 2020 octavia vrs , choose the ones that are supposed to be for my car as per their website.
Finally arrived, went to our them on ,completely wrong shape and size. I dont know if they have the pictures wrong for the skoda option but they are definitely wrong. I will update this review when/if I can get my money back.

Thought this company was UK based. Turns out you pay for your order then are informed that the product is being shipped from China!! Took weeks to turn up, then Hermes delivered it when in the UK and decided to leave the package on my doorstep for someone to take. Still trying to get a refund as I type.
