Didn’t work
The test came very quickly
But then I didn’t hear anything after 5 days so I emailed at least twice and after 2 weeks I emailed again and called and they said my test was in conclusive as not enough of a sample even though the tube was full !!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear about the delay and the frustration caused by the sample issue. While we strive to ensure a smooth process, the sample sufficiency is determined by the laboratory's strict criteria, and unfortunately, we have no control over their assessment.
We completely understand how disappointing this must have been for you. We always offer a complete refund which you would have received, or to send out another home kit free of charge. Our goal is always to provide a seamless experience, and we appreciate your feedback in helping us improve.
Best regards,
DrugTest.London Team

Bad experience ever
I went to London drugs with my daughter on Saturday morning. I had a miss understand with the price the cashier called the supervisor to look at the price. When I went back with my daughter the supervisor was standing there and she gave me a bad attitude. I felt really embarrassed in front of my daughter. My daughter 12 years. My daughter said if the supervisor is going to be this rude she does not want to come back. Supervisor name was Harini

Svar från Drug Test London
Hi Pinder, this sounds terrible and I'm sorry that you had this experience especially with your daughter. At the same time, I am wondering if you have the right service because we are located on Wimpole Street and our clients pay up front on our website with no payment taken on-site. Our website is https://www.drugtest.london.
