Trauma is Real, Try This
I think that if I could get past everything that has happened in my life maybe one day I could function in a open, trusting fulfilling life again. I fully believe in these principles and the way of teaching them. Once a person gets stuck or frozen, the ability to return is not easy. These techniques provide relief and for that I am grateful.

Drtalks review I’ve been on holidays & unable to…
I’ve been on holidays & unable to listen to a lot of talks:( I live in Australia & feel disappointed that there’s nothing like it here to get involved in. I feel teased & a bit duped that I can’t physically attend Dr Terry Wahls program. I’d love to meet her & have access to the ‘person’
Honestly, too many talks that are too close together. I thought I was paying for a complete package of helpful advice to take control of my PPMS. Then I get emails from individual doctors inviting me to ‘pay’ for ‘their’ programs.
That’s when you start thinking it should have been set up for individual medical conditions & to actually ’choose’ the ones relevant to each one’s own medical condition?
I am looking forward to listening to many more podcasts when I’m settled in back home, & that will take me a very long time.
Meanwhile I have to leave continuing emails from all sorts of dr advisors whilst I sive through the many Drtalks I have not yet listened to 🙏
On the whole I think it great that there are people out there looking & researching for alternative ways to live their lives without medications.
For me I’ve always believed you are what you eat, live & speak… (a challenging choice indeed)
I hope I have said enough for the now, & a big thank you for all the research & resources everyone has attributed!

Worth Listening To
I mostly appreciated the length of each interview.Not toooooo long to where you've forgotten the beginning. I heard many things I knew about in ways that were easy to understand. I heard new things that blew my mind; light therapy and estrogen for older women!!!

Great info but poor transcripts
The interviews listened to were generally good and informative. And a few were really helpful. As with any unscripted discussion, there were tangents and lopped-off thoughts, but these were not a problem. The problem that almost made the rating a "3" was the quality of the transcripts. The transcripts were posted seemingly purely based on AI - there were way too many errors to have had any human review. Many errors could be worked through, but too many were significant errors that made following the transcript during the interview confusing and detracted from the interview. When a comment was posted to this effect, the response was a copy-and-paste from the up-front AI caveat to the transcripts.
