Had lower eyelid surgery and my experience with this doctor and he's team was super . I have surgery to correct drooping eyelids. I could not fault the experience in any way . The consultation was clear ,The surgeon was very friendly and understanding . There was no pressure applied. The actual surgery was as explained . The follow up calls and responses were almost immediate. Pleased with the result . Finally the translator was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble . No hesitation in recommending .

Dr. Koken and his team were absolutely amazing—the care I received for my re-augmentation surgery exceeded all my expectations. I had previously undergone this surgery in the UK and had consultations with two different surgeons there, but I didn’t feel confident trusting either of them to perform the procedure. That’s what led me to Dr. Koken.
Despite the language barrier, I felt completely comfortable around him and confident that he understood exactly what I hoped to achieve. He’s not only highly skilled, but also a genuinely kind and positive person to be around. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering surgery!
