Went to her to get some moles on my back checked out.
The entire experience, including the removal of one of them, was very pleasant.

Having visited multiple dermatologists to assist with alopecia areata, I discovered Dr Wong and have not looked back. She is a wonderful doctor who is professional, caring and very engaging. I have found her support alongside my treatment plan to be a very successful combination and I am indebted to her.

Booking in with Dr Sharon Wong was the best decision I made for the treatment of my alopecia both mentally and physically. It was such a relief to finally get a clear diagnosis of my condition along with the treatments that were available. It was also reassuring to know if needed, I was getting access the the latest scientific developments in the area.
Dr Wong took the time to listen, address concerns and answer any questions. I am really happy with the results from my treatment. You really are in safe hands with Dr Wong and I would highly recommend anyone experiencing hairloss to see her.

This was my first appointment with Dr Wong and I consider myself very lucky tp have found her! She was both very professional/competent, attentive, and also very helpful. Communicating and dealing with patients is sadly often an afterthought with some doctors. Dr Wong was very understanding as was becoming extremely anxious about the outcome of my biopsy and agreed to phone me up earlier than scheduled to give me the results as soon as they were available. Her PA Caroline is fantastic too.

Dr Wong is fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, no question or concern is too small and her explanations are in plain English. She listened to my precious experience of Roaccutane and agreed a lower dose slightly longer course of treatment based on this. I am confident that we have cleared up my acne as a result of PCOS as best we can, I also appreciated her recommendations for skincare and sun care at different price points so I could choose the most appropriate options without breaking the bank. I’m so glad I completed my treatment with Dr Wong and would gladly see her again. Caroline, Dr Wong’s secretary is also great, very prompt in responding and sharing correspondence.

I tried various over-the-counter treatments for acne, none of which were effective. After a consultation with Dr Wong she prescribed a course of antibiotic medication. The acne began to clear up and after three months is now significantly improved. Dr Wong has also recommended a preventative programme moving forward to ensure my skin remains clear.

A few years ago I lost almost half the volume of my hair due to menopause. I bought expensive hair serums, vitamins which didn’t help much at all. I saw Dr Sharon Wong, she was warm, patient and assured me that I wasn’t going bald. She didn’t try to ‘sell’ me expensive treatments, only prescribed what was necessary. The hair shedding has stabilised now and so are my worries. I highly recommend Dr Wong to anyone who is struggling with hair issues.

I went to see Dr Wong in Jan 2023 after noticing gradual thinning of my hair. I am pre-menopausal with a family history of hair loss. Dr Wong took the time to explain the condition and treatment options available to me. Baseline images of my scalp were taken and I started on a topical therapy.
9 months later progress images were taken and I cannot be happier with the results. My hair growth has improved significantly.

I (28, F) have been seeing Dr Wong for just over 6 months for treatment for female pattern hair loss which I experience as a result of PCOS. Yesterday we took my first set of progress photos and I am so pleased with the results! There is such a big difference in the hair thickness.
Hair loss can be so devastating to experience but please please don’t suffer in silence if you are going through it, Dr Wong is the best in her field and I strongly recommend anyone to go to see her!

I saw Dr Wong a few months ago with the start of alopecia areata which was right in the front of my head. I had suffered this condition twice in my life previously when much younger and although I had had no treatment at that time it had spontaneously resolved after approximately two years. I just wasn't prepared to wait and see this time so I went to see Dr Wong, because It is a such an emotionally disturbing condition, which affects deeply not only your self confidence but your ability to function
normally on a day to day basis. Dr Wong immediately injected my circle with steroids but also pointed out that I had very early signs of female pattern balding, probably due to my age and the hormonal changes I was experiencing. She suggested that I try minoxidil liquid and return in three months. I had found the daily liquid application hard to comply with, so she suggested that I could have the tablet form of the drug. She also re injected my circle. Now I am another two months on my alopecia is growing back nicely and although I have experienced the shedding phase from the minoxidil I can also see new hair growth which is so encouraging. I can't thank Dr Wong enough, I couldn't be happier because I feel like myself again!
