I ordered a DJI Mavic 4 Pro Creative Combo online and chose to collect it from the warehouse. I received what appeared to be a fully sealed box and took it back to my office. In front of two witnesses, I opened it—only to find it filled with completely unrelated items: packs of baby wipes, a bag of sugar, and a bottle of liquid resembling shampoo.
I immediately returned to the collection point and was told to contact customer service. After spending 40 minutes on the phone, I was ultimately told my claim would not be accepted because I didn’t open the box in front of staff at the collection point.
This expectation is unreasonable. Customers should not be required to open and inspect every purchase at the counter to ensure it contains the correct item.
I am now forced to pursue this through my credit card provider, which will take time, and I’ve already had to cancel a job I purchased the drone for.
Very disappointing experience.

Scam I ordered I grade a package and received faulty goods and the customer service ignored me for a week and then decided to just ask something not reply for days just making me give up so they win keep their money and I'm left with faulty product don't waste your money here

Can't think of one
Initially there was an offer to also receive a micro SD card with the Combo but when I placed the order for nearly £700 it was gone. Also I've had no advice on how to register for my warranty. I've emailed drones direct but not had an answer yet
