Drone Tweaks Omdömen

I feel completely misled by the advertising for this app. The way the service was presented gave me a very different impression from what I actually received.

I contacted support to request a refund, especially because I haven’t used the app even once, but they refused to return my money. I find this extremely disappointing. If a customer hasn’t used the service at all, I believe there should at least be a reasonable refund option, particularly when the purchase was made based on misleading advertising.

I would strongly recommend reading the terms and conditions very carefully before paying, rather than relying on how the service is presented in the ads. My experience with the refund process has been very frustrating.

Superb app. Easy to use and just now updated to latest version and not being an IT wizard was talked thru every step, the online help bot 'Dronie' is amazing. This app has unlocked my drone and made a project I'm working on 10 times easier.
Drone Tweaks is superb ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Misleading bait & switch. Asked 4-5 times for a refund. No reply.
SCAM!

Very good results.. satisfied 😃

Perfect and helpful

App it's greatfully a full functional on my Rc2 in Czech Republic. Thank for IT.

Great app and easy installation due to good installation instructions. I had the app on an older android phone, this year it worked on my new S26 Ultra and now it’s even working on the RC2 directly. The support team is replying quickly when you need help.
I can really recommend the app, certainly after all the EU limitations where enforced. With the app you can fly as before the new EU rules.

l'application fonctionne tres bien
je l'utilise depuis plusieurs années et c'est un vrai plus pour une liaison correcte , à recommander ,de plus florin est tres reactif aux éventuelles questions

Works great, and everything’s worse like it should

Going back a few years (date is wrong), but I had a number of app crashes while my drone was over the sea - had LOS so steered it back using the Mk1 eyeball. App continued to crash so abandoned the mission. When I got home I had an email from Florin explaining the setting I had wrong which was causing the crash - everything performed beautifully after that. I hadn't even posted anywhere that I was having issues - I think that's absolutely first-rate service and way above and beyond what I was expecting. A genuine enthusiast, hard working and helpful individual and wholly recommended.

Perfect setup for releasing your DJI Drone from its restrictions.

Very simple to set up and use with all the support needed just a click away.
I had a slight issue but that was more my fault than anyone ekses but it was sorted very quickly by the support team
Even at midnight here in the uk.

So if you are looking to unlock the full potential of your Dji Drone again especially here in the uk then i would highly recommend Drone Tweaks

Recomand cu încredere

Excelente Aplicacion dando solucion. Te dan respuestas bien objetivas y responden rapido. APP Recomendada.

Had a previous patch from another person on the RC2 but that one required the use of a VPN connection and active Wifi to download the licence every time you boot the device.

Did not like that and factory reset the device and bought the patch from here.
Installed via SD card per instructions i got via the email.
The process was fairly easy to do and the instructions video was very clear and helpfull.
Tested it out after logging in and height + FCC work as intended.
Highly recommend this !

Don't get it if you have a newer android, especially Samsung. The app just crashes, and he doesn't really answer when you ask about it.

Works as described.
Money well spent and the support is super helpful.
Video tutorials and instructions how to use and install available online.
Very glad that I found Drone tweaks! Thank you so much!

A great product to unlock the potential of my drone along with all the support that I needed. It's important to understand that this is a small team and community who are constantly pushing to maintain our access to our drones. Sometimes updates can cause an issue but just be patient and engage with the community. All will always be well.

How easy it was to apply and simple to use. Great communication when there is a problem.

Amazing capabilities and very easy to install and use 🤩

Wszystko działalo jak powinno, miałem jedne pytanie - właściciel odpowiada sekundowo więc support na najwyższym poziomie POLECAM NIEZDECYDOWANYM
