The car arrived about 6 weeks later than planned, but I received updates along the way from Tricia. Hannah helped me to secure the car I wanted, and Holly was really quick to arrange the delivery for me. Great experience overall with Drivespeed :)

DriveSpeed Leasing were knowledgeable and honest when dealing with us. They were able to answer any questions we had and the communication was very good. We are highly likely to recommend and will likely use this service again in a couple of years time. We dealt mostly with Hannah, Holly and Jemima, who were polite, knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

Drivespeedleasing were efficient, helpful and professional when contacting me about leasing a car with them. Jemima who I dealt with was particularly helpful and spent a lot of time communicating with me and explained things very well. I originally asked for a quote for a completely different vehicle than the one I submitted my application for, as Jemima found me a car which was available now and similar in quality and price.

I was searching around for a lease deal that suited my needs and was recommended Drivespeed leasing through a work colleague. I made an on line enquiry and the following morning I was contacted by Hannah Bairstow. She was very friendly and helpful in securing me a really great deal on the car I wanted. I enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish and I was kept informed throughout. I required a vehicle quite quickly and I was aware that manufacturers have long lead times currently. Hannah managed to secure me a car due to a cancellation and I received it after approx 1 month so I was delighted. I can thoroughly recommend Drivespeed and I will be using them next time. Great friendly and efficient service from them, thank you!

This experience was overshadowed by a global shortage of chips which slowed everything down and was extremely frustrating, my car arrived 6 months late. This was not the fault of Drivespeed who were generally pretty good and easy to deal with. Initially I was slightly confused as to which company I was actually dealing with because I started the whole process with Marshall Contract Hire. I would like to say special thanks to Holly Tozer for keeping me informed and for always being professional during my moaning. Thanks.

I had an excellent experience with DriveSpeed leasing. They promptly identified a car for me within my price range and took me through the steps to delivery in a very helpful and positive spirit. They answered the various queries I had promptly and clearly. All the people I dealt with were very friendly and responsive.

I would like to thank Holly and Jonny for an excellent service in a very tough current climate with delays to production and increased car wait times They were both excellent in looking after me and keeping me updated throughout the process, along with being extremely quick to reply to emails! I was kept updated by Jemima and Holly throughout the whole process via emails and phone. Its not often you get a great customer experience but credit to Jemima for an outstanding job. My new car arrived exactly as planned, I'd definitely recommend and use again.
