Thanks for your feedback and we are sorry that you were not happy with the location. .
We conduct medicals at several locations and your medical was carried out in an old historic building which has now been converted into a professional meeting room space.
Their normal working hours is 9 to 5pm, but they allowed us to run an evening session which which most of our drivers prefer. This means that someone has to come in to reopen the place for evening sessions.
Although we recommend arriving 10 mins before your appointment time, you arrived much earlier than that, and had to sit in the waiting area until the doctor called you in.
We are glad that you had no issues with the medical itself and we apologise for not meeting your expectations on this occasion, but we would welcome you back to our clinics in future to have the opportunity to provide you with our usual level of service.
