I had an issue that I didn't quite understand, somehow my credit card was charged by this company and 4 others, I immediately contacted support and Kenny and the escalation team quickly resolved my issue Very much appreciated thanks so much Escalation Team for your outstanding and speedy resolution.

Somehow somebody started up an account with my card.Information, I contacted them today and they are refunded back.My money thought it was a little weird that I was charged not on 2 separate dates for a higher amount than a lower amount.I don't even know what this company even does.And I didn't create the account myself they only want to refund me $8.40, and they keep trying to convince me that I did this order. I don't even know what this place is. What they sell. I tried to buy a vanity from Walmart that was on clearance and all of a sudden, 4 companies started charging me an outrageous amount of money, they all have the exact same format as this company and then they don't want to refund any of your money, they say you have credit. But credit for what they don't even have anything that you can buy. They say it's a subscription but yet they did not even have my email or my name, right? And when they said they were going to give me my money back, I assume that I meant every single dollar that they had charged me, but nope, only $8.40.So if you happen to run across this company , do not use them cause they're gonna lie to you, they're gonna scam you. And they're not ever gonna stop. They actually told me that if I put up a positive review, they would refund my money, but they did not refund all my money. They only put a refund or cost them for $8.40. They still owe me another $25.76. And that is, just for this company, name alone. Altogether, it was over $150 that they got for me within 3 days.

What happens is that I never bought anything on this website, could you tell me what I was charged? And please the refund, it's the money from the job and I can't lose it.

Emily is willing to work with me and reimburse me for the money I was out of.

I got hacked by 4 different people who waited to get money from my account for the order. I had to block them and cancel my credit card. Try to get my money back. I am not happy.

I never authorized you guys to take any money from me You charge my card twice for something I don't even know about One of the charges was returned to me I'm still waiting for the $53 one to be returned to my account
