Very easy from application to delivery. The whole process was efficient and quick. The car was delivered as promised fully inspected and with the license plate so ready to go. I’ve already referred a work colleague and he is just waiting on his car now.

Like most people, the GO subscription sounds to good to be true but it really is the real deal! The whole experience has been amazing and easy. The customer service is helpful and even the drivers that bring you your vehicle are professional and kind.

Such a wonderful experience. So incredibly easy to sign up and get started. Alexis is so wonderful and even helped get me into a vehicle sooner than originally expected — an immeasurable act of kindness, particularly since I am without a vehicle. If you are sick of all the indifference, even contempt, almost every dealership has towards customers, this is the answer.

What a great experience. I opted for the 2022 Chevy Suburban and after a fee minutes of questions and validation online I was approved. The process from there was quick, transparent and totally seamless. It took about 10 days from the online approval to the delivery of my brand new (41 miles) truck. I dealt with Ernst and he was quick to respond to questions and everything he said would happen did (kudos to you Ernst).
My monthly payment, which includes insurance, is over $200 lower than it would be if I leased through the dealer. This company has really disrupted the leasing space. I see all the reviews from people who say it’s a scam or they take too long to deliver cars, well my experience couldn’t be further from either complaints. Give them a try if they have a vehicle you are looking for and you are in a city they service.

Excellent customer service, any delays in providing the new leased vehicle was in line with any other manufacturers related production time-frame for delivery.
If I were to add another star to the review and get one additional feature I would make sure the car can be driven in Canada as opposed to US only.

This was a great experience. I never had to deal with a dealership and completed the whole process on my computer. The lease price was better than anything advertised and the group insurance was a better deal than I could get myself. I did have to wait a bit for the car, but that was expected and it actually showed up a little early.

This is an excellent service. Brand new car delivered to me on my driveway and I pay way less than I would have if I had gone to a dealer. Easy process. All maintenance included. It is a great deal!! The people you deal with are helpful and responsive.

If only everything in life was this easy. The process/experience from beginning to driving the car was waaaaaay too simple. The only tip: Please be patient with the delivery of the car, mine arrived a little later then originally promised, but everything else was A+. The car and experience is exactly as promised.

The experience has been seamless for me. Ordered the Pathfinder we wanted. Vehicle came in when expected. Paying way less than the dealership price too. So far no complaints.

If I had one suggestion it would be to add another higher mileage tier. With Teenage boys in sports we drive A LOT.

We got our car a few months ago, and unfortunately had a minor incident where the tires blew out. After a few hiccups, the service team took care of us and promptly got the car fixed. I only expect the service to get better as they systematize things.

I cannot explain how amazing these people are! The whole situation was pretty rough for me because of many others involved but thank goodness for GO CAR to make everything so amazing! It took me 15 minutes to pick out the car fill out paperwork, provide my information, and in hardly 15 minutes I was approved for a car which was delivered to me… they left me speechless: car arrived is an outstanding condition, the deal is beyond amazing financially and with every other aspect of it! Representative Ernest J. Is amazing in his communication and problem-solving skills!

Hey guys out there, if you’re still debating whether to go and spend several hours in the dealership and then walk out because you’re overloaded with lots of unwanted unneeded information and yet the deal is not made because everything turned out to be absolutely opposite to what the dealership has advertised…. and no one is going to return your precious time… just drop that idea and schedule the deal with them and you will never, and I mean it, never ever waste your time at the dealership for leasing!

Great company with a great product. This was the exact vehicle arrangement I needed and so glad I found GO just on time. I stumbled upon them during an internet search. Almost thought it was too good to be true but customer service answered all my questions and I was sold. No paperwork, no hassle, amazingly low price, no down payment, good choice of vehicles, on time delivery to my door, responsive and professional customer service. How is this not the only way to obtain a vehicle in modern times???? Hope they stick around, I plan to be with them for the foreseeable future.

This business model will disrupt the industry to the consumer’s benefit. I feel like a lot of people probably don’t know they have this type of option. Im so grateful to have found GO.

Even though the car I reserved wasn't available they decided to give me an upgrade while the car I requested was ready, what else can I say?

I am loving my car from Drive Go. I've had it almost 3 months now. The transaction and delivery was smooth.Only hiccups we had was insurance quote that was given she charged was little off, not by much. Also tag process is taking little longer and expected, I still have not received the tag in the mail but they make sure you have most updated temporarily tag in hand so you can continue to drive. I hope they add more cars in the inventory so I can switch to different one in the future.

My car lease was running out and I needed a new car but during this crazy times where chip shortage causing delays as well as price hikes, I was running out of options for a affordable car, then I saw the advertisement about GO drive, after getting information from their online chat support, I was able to place the order online, with $0 down, my car was delivered. If you go over your allowed mileage each month, you will pay overages the same month (kind a like Cingular cell phone plans from the past you pay extra for overage) unused months do rollover.

I recently received my Nissan Altima from GO and it was a great experience! There was a lot of help from the support team, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had been looking for a while and they were able to get me the best deal on a car. The prices are so good, I couldn't believe it, but they are real!

Their customer support was amazing. There was a small delay for the delivery because of the delays caused by the pandemic. I had to wait for a couple of months to get the car, but it was totally worth the wait. The car came with a temporary permit, but the support team made sure that I got the permanent plates through expedite shipping, so I got them before the permit expired.

I can't recommend GO enough. They were always helpful in making sure that I got exactly what I needed. You just need to be a little patient, but during these difficult times the same is true for any good products/services.

Completed the application in 10min online. Really easy going.

Car delivery took a little extra effort to coordinate but definitely much easier than going to a dealership. No big complaints from my end.
