Mr Joginder ji drove my father from agra to noida and really helped him reach home on time. My father was really unwell and he really helped him reach back safely. Grateful for his help. Thank you so much.

Good and memorable trip, all thanks to the driver and drive assist team. Driver is was good, gentle and following all the directions given to him. Highly recommend him.

Very poor service and communication. There was no update regarding the driver, and when I called, the representative’s behaviour was disappointing. I was told they don’t inform customers if a driver is unavailable. Very unprofessional customer service.

Had a great experience with Mayank during our back-and-forth trip from Gurgaon to Udaipur. Soft spoken. Good driving skills.

Drivers assigned have always been trustworthy, polite and drive very carefully. Makes my commute peaceful.

The booking service was hassle free. The driver came on time and customer service was excellent.

The driver Joginder was extremely humble and polite. Despite having to wait for more than 3 hrs, he remained patient throughout and safely drove the car to my home around midnight. I truly appreciate his professionalism and thank him and his team for the excellent service

Terribly rude man called Himanshu answering the phone for Drive Assist. I tried talking about booking a driver on the phone for Delhi NCR. Awful customer service. Don't recommend if you're looking for polite, courteous people for your driving needs.

Well trained and courteous drivers provided promptly

The founders are a cheat! They cheated their employees (including us) and did not pay at all once their work was done. This is not a revenge comment but a sad truth that shows the very intention and beliefs of the founders.

Please be careful because the money you pay in advance - you are not going to get any service out of that. If you don’t trust us. Please see the lowest reviews. That’s the actual truth.

All the positive reviews are paid. We have proofs how we were forced to write positive comments. We are unable to Attach the same. But have filed a case against Drive Assist and soon all the proofs will be in public domain.

Save yourself some time and efforts by not considering them at all.

Driver Virednra was very professional and punctual with very good attitude. Car was very neat and clean . Fair was genuine . Would recommend it to try once for the genuine and excellent experience

Drive assist and his founder Himanshu and Anish are complete frauds. Don't ever trust this bogus company.

Bdw, all the positive reviews are paid. I worked in his team- even we were forced to write positive reviews to overshadow the negative ones. When I denied, he threatened to fire.

And services don't even ask, they don't care about you. They are busy drinking and enjoying their life with your money.

They haven't paid their drivers, their employees and even their social media team.

DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!!!!

I joined Drive Assist with the expectation of receiving booking opportunities. However, every booking was subsequently cancelled. This happened repeatedly, I wasted considerable time, causing unnecessary disruption to my schedule.
I was also disappointed with the customer support. The representatives I spoke with were discourteous and lacked basic professional etiquette. My concerns were not handled professionally.

Never hire drivers from them.
Broke my car and had a challan in delhi and paid nothing and left car in parking like nothing happened.

Worst services and never book from them.

When I asked them they are like it's not our responsibility and said drivers are freelancers we can't do anything about it.
