Sent the wrong product
DripDrop shipped me the wrong vape liquid flavour and when I contacted their support team, there were no efforts in trying to resolve the issue. I’m still yet to hear back from them and that was a week ago. I sent them a picture of the receipt with the box of liquids they sent me and not a word back.
DripDrop’s vape liquids are really good, better than any other vape liquid I’ve had. But the lack of support has made it a very unpleasant experience.

Lost in post
Ordered 25 10ml vapes from this company, parcel got damaged in post and I only received 7. Emailed them regarding situation and they said they would contact Royal Mail. Have now contacted this company twice more regarding this problem without any reply. Consumer Rights states that the package is the responsibility of the company until it is received. To this end I should have either a refund or vape juices that were lost by Royal Mail. Up to now I have had neither. As a loyal customer with previously great service I feel completely let down by this incident.
Just heard from company and they are sending missed items today.
