So I ordered i don’t know if I’m getting and now the website i bought from which was drinkwears is now magically gone.. If I could give no stars I’d give negative

I don’t even think it’s worth a one star! I ordered a STANLEY for my granddaughter birthday arrived 2weeks after and more than a month after ordering it! It is a knock off and definitely not a Stanley so disappointing. I or my family,friends will never order anything from them again

Not an authentic Stanley cup as advertised! Over priced piece of junk!

Never received item ordered. Waited over a month and then contacted them for the tracking info just to figure out it got delivered to someone's place in florida. Item was ordered to colorado. Over a 2000 miles mess up. They did not and will not refund my money

BEWARE!!!!
Product is NOT an authentic Stanley cup as advertised. The Stanley logo is cut into the vinyl cover. Drinkwears will NOT accept returns even though their website states otherwise. Their email response is that you can get a refund of 20% due to shipping & production expenses.
AND the cup was shipped from a storage unit in New York.

They won't give me a refund and USPS says shipping label printed but not shipped. They gave me some fake China Post tracking code that says delivered but USPS has no record of it even being shipped. The listing I bought doesn't even exist on their website anymore. They ship from China but have a UK number. I can't get a real person to talk to me and I have tried multiple ways of contact. The item I ordered was back in November as a gift for someone.

Order a cup from them Thanksgiving day. It was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Here it is nearly February and I still don't have the cup. Inquired about it multiple times. Haven't heard anything back.

Avoid this company at all cost. I never received the drink cup ordered in November 2024. When I inquired I received a fake shipping site. Don’t believe it was ever shipped.

Purchased a personalized Stanley 30oz tumbler…. Super mad it’s not an actual Stanley. Can we say false advertising!!! They offered a partial refund after I reached out and complained about it to them. I never would have spent $50+ on this if it wasn’t an actual Stanley. They would not give me a full refund since they said they had to cover the cost of production. Buyer beware.

This company only gave me one of two items for one Christmas gifts. My other gift I ordered for a different family was horrible job. They would not accept my return or refund my money. Do not order from this Chinese company because it is a rip off.

This company is garbage! I bought a Stanley cup for a Christmas gift for my daughter on Nov 10. It is now December 5th, and no mug. I tried to go to the website to track my order, and it is down. I guess I am out $44.00! DO NOT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Their products are SHIT! Took 3 weeks and it is the cheapest material and crappy work. I could have bought a nicer cup at 5 below. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is total false advertisement. Ordered the Sugar Skull 40 oz Stanley Quencher and when it was delivered (from China), it was just wrapped in plastic, not in a box and the sugar skulls were all stretched out of proportion to the cup. The cup itself is thin and not as thick as the real cups are. I wasn't expecting an actual Stanley, but I wanted it for the sugar skulls, but they look completely ridiculous all stretched out.

Complete false advertising. This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything.
