I don't remember much about the website so I guess it was easy to use.

Your drink was ok at best. I will not buy your product agin.

I have some questions about the product. I tried sending a message on the website, calling the phone number and sending a Facebook message and didn’t get any response back.

I feel synapse is amazing no gimmicks nothing crazy I got it and can't get enough

It was okay

While I enjoyed the clean ginger flavor, I didn't notice any other changes to my mood and/or energy. Perhaps I'll have to try it out again.

This product turned out to be the best purchase I have made in recent years! It not only managed to fine-tune my mind but, I was also more aware and alert with my surroundings.

Poor customer service, never received a response to my email. Was planning to resubscribe once I found employment but cannot trust your company and will not be recommending it to others. Stay safe everyone.

Nothing bad happened. The product tastes really good and healthy better than soda. I can get this once a week but in the meantime. I recommended these product to other people who are interested in getting healthy and good shape.

It had a weirdo taste and it tastes like crap also it left me in a fog. Get rid of it. I don't like it at all

The product and delivery were great. My issue is customer/business communications. I wrote a message to the organization regarding what I thought was a great synergy between our two companies. We're both named Synapse, we're in non-competing industries, and you can sell product while we have fun with the serendipitous coming together of our company names and goals. It's a marketing dream. Never heard a word. Even if it's, "We're not interested", which we're fine with, it still warrants a message back.

It's just felt like a bad version of redbull, didn't work at all for me

You forgot to send my case. Then you did and refunded which was nice, but it took awhile to send. 3 cans were busted and spraying when it arrived. Tasted awful. Felt nothing on focus or energy. Still have several and you just now asked me for a review months ago? Couldn't reach you by text, messenger or phone. Very unprofessional company. Seemed a bit shady, surprised I even received anything?

The ordering process was easy. Shipping was super fast. Ingredient label is appealing. But... The taste just wasn’t for me. I chilled it nice and cold, and tried my best, but I couldn’t get past the taste and through the can. Keep up the hard work, hope you all find the perfect customer base!

Tastes great. Was able to drink in morning and before workout. It did the trick.

The flavour was unique and just sweet enough for me. Tasted light, not sugary or syrupy. I especially liked that I was getting vitamins and energy from more natural sources.

Great product, can feel a perceived difference in my energy and focus. Perfect alternative to caffeine!

I absolutely love Synapse!! My husband is a strict red bull drinker, everyday, and after trying these he had me order TWO 12 packs. They provide all day energy with zero crash or jitters!! And no weird after taste like most energy drinks!

The only way to get 5 stars is to increase how many cans you get per order. Other than that your product really does work!

While I only got the 4-pack sample pack, I felt like this gave me more energy and clarity without caffeine than other heavily caffeinated beverages. I would love to see how my body reacts to it on a month run. I’d prefer to purchase it in a physical store so I can get it when I want and won’t have to wait for the sometimes finicky USPS delivery dates.
