Still waiting for delivery! I've read similar stories on here...my order seems to be stuck in Cardiff! Not impressed and probably won't continue with subscription.

Been using the oils for over 4 years and helped me through some rough times. The pink one tastes yummy.

My order was delivered but not to my address. I’ve paid and subscribed to a product I’ve not received. Tried contacting Trip via DM, Facebook, email and direct on their website. Customer Service does not exist I’ve not had a reply from anyone despite multiple messages in 7 days.
They’ve got my money and I’ve got nothing. Be warned they have ZERO customer service and do not care if you have any problems.

The flavours are lovely but I don’t like the website- I ordered a mixed case and thought I was getting different flavours

Signed up for a subscription 10 days ago which was shipped by Evri. Tracking remained "delayed" for a week, and tried to contact customer services on a number of occasions (Instagram, DM, emails, text...) and it just doesn't exist. Still no reply and still no delivery.

AWFUL customer service. Great drinks so buy from a supermarket but don't buy directly. Almost feels like a scam. And now I can't even cancel my subscription.

I absolutely love TRIP Cbd. I have tried a lot of different brands of cbd oil but trip is by far my favourite! I have had a subscription for 6 months now of the Orange blossom & chamomile cbd oil and its really effective for helping me sleep. Reasonably priced compared to other brands too!

Love Trip! Would recommend on taste and quality.

Shocking customer service I e mailed them about 3 days ago and also messaged them for advice for my wife and still have not had a response

Like the taste but oh my god heartburn from hell kept me up all night.

I have tried a lot of Trip flavours and have subscribed to deliveries for some of them some time ago, worked fine for while. This time I received the usual order email and then delivery of several cases of the drinks. Only to discover that my favourite flavour was substituted to another. Whole 4 packs, without warning.
I'm cancelling, naturally. I would advise caution to everyone.

Upd. I have now received a reply from Trip and have amended the rating. The resolution was satisfactory, so now I'm not furious, just disappointed. And in case someone from Trip reads the reviews here, please do not gaslight your customers. I was not warned about the substitute and I obviously have the confirmation email which accompanied the shipping, black and white. There was also nothing on the subscription page, I checked before cancelling everything. Unnecessary and easily disprovable lies just make people more annoyed

TRIP's website is full of bugs, misleading information and inaccuracies.

For example... on the main delivery information page it states free standard delivery over £20. Elsewhere on the website it says over £30. This is both misleading and clearly some info is inaccurate.

Another example... the site proudly states free delivery on ALL subscription orders, but it fails to mention this doesn't apply to all postcodes (e.g. Northern Ireland). Both misleading and inaccurate.

Another example, offers not properly applied regularly. Today (21 Jan 2026) for example, the site states a free gift with orders over £25. However, it doesn't apply to all products totaling over £25. Certain items when added to your basket, will activate the free gift, other items don't. It's a complete lottery. So offers are misleading due to website bugs.

Finally, TRIP's Customer Service is just too slow. For a company clearly trying to expand, it's website and customer service leave a lot of room for improvement.

Ordered over a week ago and they still haven't even been shipped for delivery. Customer service is non existent as the only way to contact them is email which they don’t reply to. I’ve had the drinks before and they are nice but the service is poor and has put me off ordering again.
Update: customer service finally got back to me and apologised which is appreciated, drinks have now arrived so looking forward to enjoying them!

I love these drinks. They all taste great. I always have a stash in the fridge.
Would recommend on taste and quality.
A few of my friends and family have now started using them after trying them when over at ours for summer bbq’s.

These drinks are very tasty but unfortunately do not agree with me. Hours after consumption I suffered a terrible gripey stomach and bad bouts of diarrhoea. I tested this product 3 times spaced a week apart to rule anything else out and it's definitely this product.

I ordered a subscription box from Trip. The order was never shipped (still says "ordered" on the tracker), contacted trip via all means (email, socials, text) and have never had a response. Now out of pocket the cost of the order with no recourse to get it back.

Arrived today. "Free gift" of 30 gummies was missing so not impressed.
Will try the product and see if they're any good.

Excellent customer service and great product

It's a pity I didn't research before buying - magnesium citrate is a laxative, magnesium glycanate is for relaxation and sleep. Bought these on the assumption from the advertising that they would promote calm and sleep. Magnesium citrate will not do that, but will have you running to the loo. Only glad I didn't pay full price, and I guess they are nice as a sparkling water with flavours and a few botanical ingredients, but nothing like therapeutic levels.

I purchased the Trip wild strawberry beverage, and as much as I wanted to like it, it was too sweet and almost undrinkable. I was really excited about the vitamins and minerals that support natural relaxation, however, the Stevia made it super sweet with an artificial aftertaste. There are several natural ingredients, but they’re overpowered by the sweeteners and I will not be finishing this package or purchasing it again.

Love TRIP. Had a subscription, efficient deliveries & communication, love the brand just couldn't afford the ongoing subscription but their drinks are 10/10!
