Excellent from initial somewhat nervous enquiry to being put at ease from start to finish 5 star service throughout a difficult time

From the outset Lee made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision to go for an IVA. He put pay to all of my concerns and was available to help anytime I needed day or sometimes late evening. I would have no hesitation to recommend DRF to anyone and I feel certain they will get you the results you need. A huge thank you for lifting the heavy load of money worries and for the support and time provided by Lee and the team. I recently came across DRF solutions as I was looking for debt help & was so anxious as had dealt with another company previously and had a bad experience. I’ve been dealing with Lee who couldn’t have been more helpful from the start. My mind is at ease & everything is explained and they do all the work. I’m now on the way to financial recovery and so glad I reached out.

Having been financially stable for my entire adult life, this year has seen things dramatically turn on their head. Sleepless nights, ill with worry about growing debts, berating and blaming myself, and the embarrassment of having to say "Sorry I can't buy you a Christmas present this year", all took it's toll and left me in a bad way.
